Chapter 3

Marinette's P.O.V

"Guys, Gamer is in need of some more metal. He is working on on a top secret project. I'm the only one who knows about what it is specifically, he has agreed to tell every one what it is once he's done. This means we are going on a metal heist" I said. "Ooh! I love that idea!" Rena said. I turned to Cat Noir. "Now, there's a few rules. One is to try not to get arrested by the police. Two is try and be quiet. Also try and be as sneaky and serious as possible. We are putting ourselves in great  peril to get this stuff. We need as much metal as possible. Put your masks down and keep them down at all times. Lets grab our devices and head out, team" I said. We carefully walked outside into the dirt ground. The awful odor of gas filled the air. The sky was gray and covered in clouds and smoke. Cat Noir coughed.

"Its the air. All the factory's air pollution and the fact that hardly any trees grow here is the reason its so bad" Rena whispered. I hid behind a building with my team. I spotted general Volpina. "Soldiers, be alert! Those Miraculers are bound to come for this metal. We must protect it at all costs" she said. I rolled my eyes. "She's got soldiers. 6 exactly" I whispered. "We need a distraction" I looked at Cat Noir. "I think that means you, Kitty Boy" I whispered. "Why do I have to be the decoy? What am I supposed to do?" He whispered. "I don't know, do something distracting" I whispered. I pushed him toward Volpina. He propelled himself on the roof of a house.

Adrien's P.O.V

I quickly pulled my mask off. I put my stick in my pocket. "Oh Lila, there you are" I said. "Adrien? What are you doing up there?" She asked. "Oh I don't know, just spying on you. So, what are you up to?" I asked. "Waiting for those Miraculers to show up. I know they want this metal" she said. "But do you have guards at the other metal yard? Because if you don't, they are probably at that one" I said. "Ahh! You're right! I've got to take my team over there. Can you watch this little place with my clones?" She asked. "Of course" I said. She grabbed her troops and walked away. Once they were about a mile away I smacked her fake illusion clones and turned them into dust. I motioned to Ladybug to come and grab the metal. "I don't know how you did that. Volpina is really hard to convince" she said. " It's easy. But that's probably because I know her all to well" I said. I put my mask back on and grabbed the metal. We snuck around and back to our base. "For once we didn't have to fight anyone" Rena pointed out. "Yeah, that's because Cat Noir made a good decoy" Carapace said. "I'll tell Gamer to come and retrieve his metal" Ladybug said. She walked into her office and shut the door.

I paced around the base. "What's on your mind, Kitty?" Rena said. "I don't know. I just... I don't know" I said. "Why don't you take a shower? It'll help you relax" Carapace suggested. "Okay,  where's the shower in here?" I asked. "Down on the left" Rena said. I walked into the hall and found the shower room.

Ladybug's P.O.V

I walked out of my office and wanted to take a quick shower to relax myself after today. I walked to our shower room and opened the door to see a shirtless Cat Noir. I screamed. "Adrien!" I said covering my eyes. "Ladybug! W-What are you doing here?" He asked. I uncovered my eyes. "I just wanted to take a shower. I didn't know you were in here" I said. His cheeks were red. "I'm so sorry. Its my fault for not asking" I said. "No, it's my fault for not telling you. I really hope there's nothing awkward between us" he said grabbing his shirt and holding it. I looked down at it and then at him. "Well? Aren't you going to put that on?" I said. "Yeah" he said while winking. I rolled my eyes. "Just put the shirt on" I said. He put the shirt on and walked out of the room. "Finally" I said.

Adrien's P.O.V

"Well that was awkward" I said. Rena laughed. "Ladybug sometimes forgets to knock before going in the shower room" she said. "Its my fault for not saying I was in there" I said. "Look, why don't you just chill out in your bed? You can read that codebook thing that Ladybug gave you" she said. "Okay, I guess so. Where is my bed?" I asked. "Over there" she said pointing over to a bed. "Ok, thanks" I said.
