"So Andy, tell me about yourself" my mom smiles

"Well what would you like to know" he smiles

"How old are you, how old were you when you started your career, hoe did you get into your career" my mom trails off

"I am currently twenty eight, and I've been into music since I was a freshman in high school. Actually, when I was in high school, I auditioned for a musical, and the teacher said that my voice wasn't right. And that honestly encouraged me more, because I wanted to prove him wrong. Actually, a few years back when Black Veil Brides started getting big, I went back to my old high school, and was really cocky, and basically said look at me now. But at the time I wasn't even as big as I am now."

"Did the band teacher say who's Black Veil Brides?" My dad jokes and Andy laughs

"Josh" my mom warns and face palm

"Actually yes, being an alternative band, a lot of people don't listen to the kind of music we put out" Andy explains

"Yeah, the only reason I know about you guys, is because for ten years my daughter Ashlyn has been wearing your sweaters and listening to your music" My dad shrugs, taking a bite of his lasagna

"Yeah, I'm the whole reason Amanda listens to you guys. If it wasn't for me, she'd still be a cheerleader" My sister bitches

"You were a cheerleader?" Andy laughs

"I was eleven" I correct "I probably would've found there music regardless, when I was in middle school I was really depressed and listen to you guys a lot, I probably would have found it while I was like that"

"Or maybe the music made you like that" my mom scoffs

"You know actually, we have really relatable songs. They talk about bullying and feeling like you don't belong. Which shows that other people are going through what you are. And kind of brings in... a sense of not being alone, and doesn't encourage depression, but shows that there are other people who are depressed and who will understand you" Andy says

I smile at that... he stood up for me. After dinner, Andy asks my mom to do dishes, and after a few minutes of convincing her, he does them.

"Here let me do that" I tell him

"No it's fine" he says, continuing

"Hey Andy?"

"Yeah" he smiles at me

"Thank you" I tell him, and he furrows his eyebrows

"For doing the dishes?" I laugh

"Well that too... But seriously, for everything. For telling your manager I was your cousin so I can preform. For preforming with me sometimes. For taking me to Disney Land, and that place in what was is Nevada? For introducing me to Vic Fuentes, for holding me while I cried, and falling asleep with me. Thank you for everything"

Andy looks so saddened. His eyes are searching my face for anything. Then he steps away from the sink, leaving the water running, and wrapping his arms around me. His wet hands press against my back, and my wet testy face, presses into his chest.

"I'm gonna miss you so much" He whispers, now I think he's crying too

I hear the sound of my mom taking a picture, but I ignore it.

"I don't want you to go" I tell him

"I'm gonna come back out, I will see you again"

Then he left, and that was the last I saw of him, at least for a while
