Chapter Twelve:
I walked out of the hallway, past Pierce towards the room where the boys had had their Q and A. I looked around to find the large room empty; Luke had probably taken Ella back to his dressing room like Ash had tried to do with me.
I didn't want to interrupt them if they were talking, so I figured Ashton could help me find them once he got rid of Destiny and came back to meet me.
I sat down on one of the metal folding chairs some reporter had been sitting on while questioning the boys, and pulled out my phone, scrolling through twitter. Thinking I was all alone...
"Hello Love," a deep voice that sounded vaguely familiar murmured. I jumped up, scared by the sudden presence of someone else in the room. I turned my head slowly, searching around for the voice, but not finding the person attached to it.
"Ash?" I questioned, looking around the room a few more times before hearing the voice again.
"Guess again..." the voice said, and a boy stepped out of the shadows behind the red and blue curtains that cut off the exit to the dressing room. His hair was so blonde it was almost white, and he had piercing green eyes that felt like they were burning into my soul. He seemed familiar, but I couldn't place him.
"I feel like I know you," I said as he walked up to me and sat down on the next seat. He smiled, showing me is perfect white teeth, he was actually quite handsome...
"You would know if you knew me love," he smirked and I smiled. It felt good to have a handsome boy treat me like this. "What's your name?" He asked me, smiling again and making me blush.
"It's Layla... But don't tell me your name, I wanna figure out how I know you," I smiled as he laughed and stood up.
"Well, Layla, would you like some water?" He said walking over to a large cooler that was meant for the reporters and poured water into two cups, his back to me.
"Sure!" I answered, and he walked back to me with two red solo cups in his hands. He handed me mine and I took a sip, not realizing how parched I was. It tasted a little funny, but I didn't care as I gulped the liquid down in one swallow.
I saw the mysterious boy looking at me from the corner of my eye and turned to look at him. Before I could do anything else he lunged at me forcing me against the closest wall, trapping me as he pinned my hands together and shoved them behind my back. Also placing a hand over my mouth to keep me quiet. I tried desperately to scream and wiggle out of his grasp but it was no use, he was too strong.
"Do you remember me now?" He whispered in my ear. I just stared at him numbly, starting to see black spots from how hard he was squeezing my face and wrists. My mind seemed like it was slowing down. What was wrong with me?
The boy didn't wait for me to answer. "We have some unfinished business, Layla..." He said roughly kissing my neck and ears.
I jerked away, trying to evade his lips, but it never worked. He continued to kiss me for several minutes, tears streaming down my face because there was nothing I could do to get away from him. The way he was holding me declined any unwanted movement,
and something was somehow slowing my senses as I clung onto consciousness.
Suddenly, as if God had heard my silent prayers, his hand loosened around my mouth absentmindedl as his lips traveled down my chest. As soon as it was loose enough, I screamed.
I screamed so loud I think I broke the boys eardrums as he jerked back and glared at me, seething.
"You bitch!" He yelled before Ashton, Luke, Ella, Michael and Calum ran into the room along with some security guards and Dale.
"Stephen?! What the hell are you doing?" Ashton said running up to the boy and shoving him against the wall. Ella ran up to me and grabbed onto my hand as I wobbled on my feet.
"Layla what's wrong? Did he hurt you?" she asked, snapping her fingers in front of my face as I continued to tilt back and forth. I just pulled the cardigan I was wearing, down to show her the dark purple marks he had left on my neck and shoulders. "Oh my gosh Layla! Luke, Layla needs help!" Ella screamed and Luke ran over to me, his eyes widening as he saw the dark marks that adorned my skin.
"I can't believe Stephen did this! Son of a..."
Wait, Stephen?! As in Stephen from the cafe? Stephen that had been drunk as hell? Stephen who had tried to kiss me?! Even with my slow mind, I began to put the pieces together.
"Stephen?" I questioned Luke groggily.
"Yeah, Stephen McDermott, Dale's nephew. He's the one that did this to you. The guy goes every where with us, I don't know what made him do this...."
Stephen. I did know the boy after all.
Luke was interrupted by Ella's screaming as I plummeted to the ground, unconscious.

Did anyone know it was Stephen before I said it was? I tried to use the same description as I did in chapter seven when you met him the first time to give you guys a little clue.
Why do you think Layla fainted?
