It's Different There (Klance Alternate Reality AU)

Part 2

As Keith followed the others into the ship, he began to notice how different it looked inside. The walls that were normally white were black and covered in strange vine-looking plants. Keith tried to ignore the atmosphere and focus on landing.
"Should we get out?" He asked, looking around for anyone else.

"Yeah, but keep your bayards ready. We don't know what we're getting ourselves into," Shiro said while his lion lowered him out. The others soon followed his lead, Hunk and Pidge stuck close to Shiro for extra protection as Lance just wandered to the side a bit.
While taking his helmet off and sticking it between his arm, Lance used his other hand to touch the vines that coated the walls. "Well this looks a little different, I didn't know Allura was into gardening," he stated.

Keith came over to Lance's side. "Dont touch it." He said in a flat tone. "And it looks overgrown if it was even meant to loo nice." He added in a mumble before joining the others. Most of the lights were out, leaving the hallways dark and empty.
"They definitely lost power.." he mumbled to himself, his eyes wandering the empty halls. He raised his voice just loud enough for Shiro to hear him. "The layout looks the same. If anyone is still here, our best bet it the control room."

Lance grumbled slightly as he dropped his hand to his side, even though he knew Keith was right. Everything just seemed slightly off and out of place almost.
"You're right we should check the control room out," Shiro agreed with Keith while turning their direction towards the control room.
"Well they still have their artificial gravity up, so that's at least something right?" Hunk asked and Pidge shook her head.
"Not really, it doesn't take much power to use artificial gravity, it might not even take any. It only increases our gravitational pull to the ship and with it's size that's not hard," Pidge pointed out.
The control room's door came into view and Shiro held his arm out to signal everyone to stay behind him in case anything happened once he opened the door. Opening the door Shiro braced himself for the worst.

Keith prepared his bayard as if something might jump out just as Shiro opened the door. But seconds passed and nothing came. Nothing but someone say
"What in the god damn-?" The voice sounded familiar, yet he couldn't quite put his finger on it. He looked up eventually, seeing people in front of them...wait...they looked like them...
The other Shiro was slightly more beat-up, a scar across the side of his head, ear slightly torn at the top. His hair was slightly more scruffy and uncared for.
The other Hunk looked more like a pirate, black eyepatch, etc. Pidge looked more feminine, her hair grown out and draping over her shoulder in a long ponytail.
Coran looked more ragged, and even Allura did. The only two people Keith didn't see was himself or Lance.
"I've now realized this is another stupid alternate reality." Keith groaned. "You better hope Slav isnt here too."he joked, mainly to Shiro.

"Oh god please no," Shiro mumbled to himself at Keith's joke. "What happened to my eye?" Hunk asked while cupping his hand over his own eye while looking at his alternate self.
"Yeah and where am I? Oh wait, never mind. I'm probably on some epic adventure saving a planet or something," Lance stated with a grin and folding his arms proudly at the thought. Lance's comment earned a snort from both Pidge's.
"Anyway," Shiro continued to the situation at hand, ignoring Lance. Looking at the alternate paladins, "what happened here?" he asked mostly to his other self.

The alternate Allura answered instead. "We were chasing a galra fleet ship that escaped with one of the lions, but it seems we've fallen into their trap. This clouded area they led us to has broken down all of the castle's power." Her voice seemed less delicate than usual, and had more of a growl to it as she spoke."We're so lucky for you all being here. Maybe you can help us. Even if you are from an alternate reality." She finished in a much kinder tone. Keith lowered his bayard and stepped fully into the room.
"If you dont mind me asking...where..?" Keith didnt finish before the alternate version of himself entered the room. His hair was pulled into a low ponytail, a couple of small scars on his cheeks, and his body in a more delicate figure than it was.. in his reality.
"Sorry. Had to handle something" he said, looking strangely over at his other self.
"Where is Lance?" The alternate Shiro asked.
"He wont be long. "
"He asked 'where' not 'when' is he." Pidge barked, moodier than usual.
