"Welcome back, ladies and gents, to the Inkwell Isle radio broadcast!"

Your job as a host on the radio created tremendous opportunities for you and so many other people. You were very well known across the four main islands, whether you liked to admit it or not. Even more so because a certain casino owner had his eyes on you, and the entirety of Inkwell knew so.

All except you.

The Devil just so happened to be the special guest you had on your radio show today! You'd encountered him quite the number of times in his own casino. It was a miracle that you weren't one of his runaway debtors.. yet.

"Now, as you all know, today is special guest saturday! And that means I'm sitting next to someone of supreme superiority, practically shaking in my boots because wow- This is exciting!"

The horned male snickered next to you, but made sure to keep quiet until he was properly announced.

With an awkward laugh, you spoke into your microphone, "The first caller able to guess who the man next to me is will have the honor of asking him a question, live on the broadcast!" You bit your lip, in an attempt to refrain from squealing too loudly.

Those tuning in this time around would certainly get a kick out of having him on the show, you just knew it.

Multiple phones rang your line in the back, and one of your fellow workers transferred them over to you.

"Hello?"

"Hello to you too ma'am! What's your name?"

"Eek! My name is Katie Lou! I'm a big fan!"

The Devil himself was watching you with amusement clear as day in his eyes. Who knew a broadcaster got so flustered after having done their job for so long? Who knew it was so intriguing to watch.

You blushed, smiling as you spoke into your mic. "I hope you're enjoying the show so far miss Katie Lou, and thank you very much. I'm a big fan of you already!" You two could hear her squealing through the phone. "Now tell me, who do you think it is that's sitting next to me?"

"Well obviously its the Devil!"

Obviously? What was that supposed to mean?

"It's me alright!" He finally spoke, slamming his hands upon the desk in front of him. You jumped a bit, nevertheless responding to the woman, "Why, you're absolutely correct! First call, thats pretty impressive."

"Go on now, ask me whatcha want! I'll try not to taint this cutie's broadcasting too much."

A wink in your direction. You blinked, your blush deepening even further. A marching band performed loudly in your chest. Was that your heart? No, not now, quiet down, you mentally scolded.

"Who is your ideal lover?"

The question made the both of you swallow a wad of spit, all from mere nervousness. You glanced in your guest's direction. "Go on, its all you now, mister Devil."

He hid his nervousness behind an overly confident façade, "Well I gotta say," He crossed his arms, avoiding eye contact with you. "I like the ones who'll keep things interesting."

He finally looked up at you. "Really? Is that all mister Devil?" You commented lowly, intrigued by his tastes.

"Damn right. Why else do you think I tune in to this broadcast every day?" A smirk on his face said it all, you practically choked on your own spit.

"What are you getting at, exactly?"

"You know exactly what I'm getting at." He was suddenly looming over you, body pressed into yours.

"Oh mister Devil," the female on the line swooned. "You're so mischievous!"

Your breath hitched as his hands began to wander beneath the table of your microphones. Really?! While you were still live? What the predicament you were in..

"Sorry to cut this short folks but- ah! You'll have to tune in next special guest saturday-! Ha.."

"Thank you f-for listening to the I-Inkwell Isle radio Broadcast!"
