(A/N: Get the title? I just realized it! Carry on!)
Becca, Jack J., and Skylar had to spend lunch in detention which was being held in McGonagall's office.
"You three have some explaining to do. Why were you muggle dueling (quoted the fifth book! :\) with Ms.Marinia?!"
"'Muggle dueling'?" Becca asked.
"Fist fighting." Professor McGonagall clarified.
"She called Claire a half blood, and she called Becca a Mudblood! Jack, Becca, and I had to do something!!" Skylar fumed. McGonagall gasped.
"A-a...w-w-what-blood?" McGonagall stuttered.
"A Mud...Blood." Skylar replied slowly, as if Professor McGonagall was a five year old.
"Don't you sass me, Rosewood!" McGonagall snapped. "Well, since none of you three really caused any harm to Ms.Marinia, I'll only give you detention for one day. This Frida-"
"WAIT! We didn't hurt Marinia at all, so we should be home free!" Skylar was being an annoying little-
"Ms.Rosewood! You get detention for three days with that attitude of yours!" McGonagall snapped again. "You did threaten to muggle duel Ms.Marinia, so that means you must be punished! Ms.Smith and Mr.Johnson, one day. This Friday. Ms.Rosewood," she shot a glare at Skylar who smirked. "three days. Friday and the rest of your weekend. At least you'll be able to get your homework completed. Away with you lot." The three of them trudged off, dreading their detention. And feeling absolutely terrible for Skylar, but impressed with her sass.

It was the twenty-fourth of December. The school was almost a ghost town. Claire went to her parents' house for Christmas. Skylar stayed Becca. Becca stayed at Hogwarts because her family was on a Christmas trip. Skylar was just being nice. For once. They were sitting and playing Wizard's Chess in the Great Hall, when only few owls flew through the windows. They started dropping presents and letters.
"Looks like my mum and dad got you something, Becca! Look!" Skylar handed Becca a small box that was wrapped in a purple, glittering wrapping paper. Becca lifted the lid off the box to reveal a golden necklace. Becca slowly lifted it out. At the bottom, a few golden rings were collided together and in the middle of the rings was a clock-like charm.
"NO! NO WAY! MY MUM GOT YOU A TIME-TURNER?!?!?!" Skylar exclaimed.
"What's a 'Time-Turner'?" Becca asked.
"It's a necklace that takes you back in time as far as you want! How'd mum get her hands on this?!"
"I don't know, but-"
"Oh! My mum is an Auror! She could have confiscated this!"
"What's an 'Auror'?" Becca asked. So many questions Becca had to ask. Even in the future.
"You poor girl. An Auror is someone who hunts Dark wizards/witches." Skylar explained. Becca was really glad to have a friend like her whom would be willing to explain the smallest of things to a dear friend and or family member.
"Ms.Smith. Ms.Rosewood. Go to your dormitories. It's time for bed. Tomorrow is a big day, you two." Professor McGonagall told the girls. The girls ran to their dorms and fell asleep, Becca dreamt about her new Time-Turner. She wouldn't know how useful it will be until later.

Becca's head shot off her pillow. Her sheets were ripped off of her so fast, a gust of air blew in her face. Her legs whirled around so that her feet were barely touching the cold ground. Becca pushed herself out of bed and bolted downstairs, still in her pajamas. Skylar had gone through more than half her presents by the time Becca had gotten downstairs.
"Oh. You're awake. Well, I sorted our presents in piles. Yours is right there." Skylar pointed to a gigantic pile of presents. Becca always (XD) unwrapped the smallest first and worked herself up to the biggest one (I do this irl). She had gotten loads of candy and sweets from her twin brothers Chase and John, Dylan got her snow globe (in the middle of the globe, was a girl ice skating in circles around a snowman), her mum got her a sweatshirt with the YouTube logo on the front and Vine in the back, and her dad got her a new book called Divergent. Skylar was halfway through all her candy before noticing a present that wasn't in a box. It seemed as if it were wrapped in a bag and then wrapped in wrapping paper. It was still under the tree. It almost blended in with the scene.
"I don't know who sent me this." Skylar said while looking at the writing.
"It says,
'This came in handy for three students in their first year. So share with Becca and Claire.'
Well then. I wonder what it is." Skylar ripped off the wrapping and revealed a cloak.
"How did a cloak help them? And how's it supposed to be handy to us?" Becca asked. Skylar put it on and everything below her neck and her neck disappeared. You could literally see right through her.
"NO WAY! AN INVISIBILITY CLOAK!!!" Skylar's floating head exclaimed.
"This really can come in handy!!" Becca exclaimed as well.
"Oh, and Becca, my mum backed you these cookies and bought you this candy."
"Wow. A Time-Turner, cookies and candy. Does your mum reckon I should be one of her children? Or is she just being really and genuinely nice to me?" Becca said while giggling. "Don't worry. I'll share the Time-Turner since you are sharing the Cloak."
