school went by as usual. teacher's being annoying, being set stupid assignments, girls and guys swooning over jeno. all of this was in renjuns everyday school life.
renjun walked along with jaemin and donghyuck to his other friends after school. they always planned to meet up to say goodbye and then go their seperate ways. renjun walked with jaemin, donghyuck walked with mark and chenle walked with jisung.
the group of friends said their goodbyes and hugged each other as they left.
jaemin and renjun start leaving the school as jaemin started to speak.
"renjun, if jeno ever bothers you again just tell me okay? i'll handle it."
"but jaemin, i dont want you to think about him anymore. you're hurt enough as it is and him trying to get me is going to make it worse."
"but i need to protect you from him, you have no idea how he plays with people. you may have heard it from other people, but its the worse experience ever. i'm just trying to take care of you in return of when you stood by me."
they walked in silence after that until renjun's house appeared.
"well, thank you jaemin. thank you so much." renjun hugged jaemin tightly as jaemin rubbed circles on his back.
"no problem. it's what i'm here for."
they said goodbye and jaemin made sure renjun made it inside his home and locked the door. as he was turning to leave, he saw a very familiar face in the corner of his eyes.
"jeno, what are you doing here?"
"what's your relationship with renjun?"
"what?"
"i said, what. is. your. relationship. with. renjun?"
"why do you care? you're just gonna play with him."
"and how do you know im gonna do that?"
"you really didn't care about me, right? after our fight you didn't even try to stop me from moving out."
"pfft whatever." jeno walked off and started walking towards his own house. jaemin was the only one who knew about the real jeno. the cold and heartless person jeno was. jeno practically forced himself to be with jaemin for all those years. at least thats what jaemin thought.
no one knows what jeno really felt most of the time, so lets look at jenos perspective.
