the school day had ended and renjun was at the water fountain. jaemin was going to go with him but his mother called saying he had to do something important at home.

renjun was nervous as to who this person could be, since he never got notes like this. he saw a figure walking towards him, which he presumed was the person who wrote the note for him. when the figure got closer renjun started to be able to figure out who it was.

"renjun! i didn't expect you to actually show up."

it was jeno. jeno's voice sounded enthusiastic and relieved. renjun studied his features and realised just how beautiful jeno was. his hair dyed white, his face structure, his eye smile.

"were you the one who left the note on my desk?"

"yes, as a matter of fact i was."

"you said it was because of something important?"

"yes, if you don't mind could we go to a coffee shop? it's close to here and it would be a more convenient place to talk."

"of course."

and with that, the pair walked side my side to a coffee shop that was close to their school. while walking, renjun caught a glimpse of jeno's side profile. his side profile was perfect, jeno was just perfect in general.

"like what you see baby boy?" jeno smirked as renjun quickly looked at his shoes and fiddled with his fingers, with his cheeks a bit red. renjun knew about how many people jeno called that, but he couldn't help getting a bit flustered.

they made it to the coffee shop and jeno opened the door for renjun. they sat down at a table and they both went to order something when the waitress came over.

"hey guys, what would you like to order today?" she looked at renjun first and renjun ordered a hot chocolate. then she turned to jeno.

"and you?" she was caught in a trance when her eyes met jeno's.

"what would you like?" she sounded sexier and more alluring when talking to jeno.

"i'll get a latte." he winked at the girl and the girl nodded and walked off to get their drinks.

"so, now to the important talk."

renjun turned his attention to a now more serious looking jeno.

"you're friends with jaemin?"

"yes."

"you know what happened between us right?"

"yes, jaemin told me everything."

"what did he say?"

"why do you care?"

"just answer the question." jeno stopped showing his cute smile and there was obvious annoyance in his eyes.

"he said that he came back from work one day and found you on the couch with a girl. you guys had a fight and jaemin left you that night and you didn't even bother to stop him."

jeno stayed silent as renjun continued.

"you hurt jaemin so much. he came to me that night with his bags, crying his eyes out. he stayed with me for a while until he moved back in with his parents."

jeno stayed silent and stared at renjun. renjun looked at him and could see there was a hint of guilt in jeno's eyes, but obviously jeno wouldn't admit it.

"why did you hurt him jeno?"

before jeno could answer, the girl came back with their drinks. she gave renjun's first and them gave jeno's. there was a small piece of paper on his plate.

"text me." the girl winked at jeno and jeno smirked, folding the paper and putting the paper in his pocket.

renjun felt like throwing up. how could someone be so arrogant? jeno had looks thats for sure, but he had to fix his personality.

"i can't believe you."

renjun got up with his hot chocolate and left jeno alone sitting at the table. he didn't want to see jeno in hoe mode, especially when they were talking about jaemin.
