21. THANKSGIVING

Lee and I had a few friends over the first day of Thanksgiving break we ended up getting two days off before Thanksgiving since we had teacher work days.  Rachel had invited a new girl to our school to the get together so we could all get to know her better her name was Lois.  My twin sense started going off and I look up and ask Rachel "hey Rach where is my twin" she says "in the house"  I get up and yell move under the awning now.  I jump up and run took the rest of them a second before they moved.  All of a sudden we hear "Geronimo" and then a big splash.  Duncan is dying when Lee pops out and says "did I get them"  I yell from under the awning "no you asshat you forgot my twin telepathy" He looks at us and says "not funny Shells" we walk back to our loungers and I had just started to comfortable and pushed my sunglasses back into place when I hear "oh, damn he is H.O.T.  I call dibs." from Lois.  I pull my shades down and striding into the pool area with that adorable smirk is my gorgeous fiancée.  I instantly jump up and run across the area launching myself into his outstretched arms and kiss him.  He picks me up and deepens the kiss while I wrap my legs around his waist.  We finally break apart and I hear "damn I missed you, Shelly.  I love you"  "I missed you two I love you" "yo lil' bro I am stealing your twin for the rest of the day.  She is mine now, your loan period is over"  I start to laugh smacking him as he places me back on my feet.  Of course, ever the comedian Duncan yells "ah come on Flynn are you seriously denying us Elle's company"  Tuppen counters "yo dude seriously leave Evans alone or you answer to me.  You know she only has eyes for Flynn.  Plus Flynn is here now he just might kick your ass himself"  I wave bye to everyone and as we walk away I hear Lois say "so, how serious are they" before anyone can answer her around the pool Noah stops and turns around saying "oh, Rachel did Shelly already ask you" "Rachel looks up and says yep" "So, are there any colors your really opposed to I would like to know so when Shelly and I are planning the wedding I can steer her to good colors."  "Whatever color she wants Flynn" "Noah, you do not get to choose the colors.  Keep this up and I will make Lee my Best Man and you will have to pick someone else.  You know I will win with my twin"  Lee yells "you got that right or maybe I will bring back Rule #9"  Rachel yells "no you won't because of Rule #18"  I turn and look at Lee and he looks really sheepish.  I walk up to the pool's edge "oh, no you didn't twin.  You explained our rules to someone else" "Sorry Shells, I couldn't help myself" "I can't believe you  have kept this secret from Noah all of our lives and unlike you, he is my fiancée."  Noah comes up behind me and asks "so does this mean I get to know."  "I don't know I already broke Rule #9 but I haven't ever broken Rule #2."  I smile really big "Oh, Tuppen do be a solid" Tuppen replies "what do you need Evans"  "get him"  Tuppen swims over grabs Lee and tackles him into the water. I wrap my arms around Noah's waist and the two of us walk out laughing going into the house.
