23. PUT IN HER PLACE

Lois just couldn't get the hint that Noah wasn't interested.  What she didn't know was that Rachel had told me her secret which was that she was engaged to a from boy back home and that he was also in college.  That they had been together for a long time and that the only reason she had expensive clothes and accessories was that her fiancée was from a wealthy family and he bought her everything.  Turns out he was also attending Harvard and his name is Jason Watts.  After talking to Noah he said that Jason did have a girlfriend now named Lois but he didn't know if it was going to work out because Jason had started feeling disconnected from her.  Plus she hardly ever took his calls now that she was attending a new school.  He was trying to decide if he should break up with her.  So, I kidnapped Noah's phone and stole Jason's number and sent him a picture of Lois and he confirmed that she was his fiancée.  I explained everything to him.  He said, unfortunately, I have to have proof she is attempting to cheat on me before I can break the engagement clause in his prenuptial agreement.  I told him to come to stay at Noah's this weekend there is a party going on at a friends house and I bet we could get her there.

The party was at Tuppen's house that Saturday night.  I had already talked to all my partners in crime Tuppen, Duncan, Lee, and Rachel all were under instructions to keep me and Noah in there sites especially around her and to have their phones ready.  Sure enough, she did not disappoint.  When we walked in Noah had his arm around my waist and Lois walked up to and pushed me out of the way and pulled Noah in for a hug which he disentangled himself from and grabbed my waist again and pulled me close. She was constantly trying to push her way between me and Noah all night.  At one point Noah bent down and said I have had enough let's go sit down.  We went into the living room where all my partners in crime where and of course Duncan had to tease me about my almost strip tease turn skinny dip from the year before.  When all of a sudden Lois comes strolling in and straddles Noah grabs his face and starts to kiss him while grinding on him in front of everyone.  Noah is trying to push her off and tells her I am not interested.  I already told you I am engaged.  I was just about to grab her hair and pull when we hear "Lois what do you think you are doing"  She turns around and says "oh, help me, Jason, this animal was trying to take advantage of me" he looks at her and says "try again I have been watching you all night.  You were the one pursuing him"  "she looks at him fine call off the engagement you know what I will get from it."  I stand up and walk to stand next to Jason.  "don't worry I got this.  Tuppen how many videos do you have 3, Lee 2, Rachel 1, Duncan 4"  "so who cares if they have videos"  I laugh "oh, you miss understood they are all of you hitting on my fiancée oh yeah did you realize he is Jason's roommate"  She turned white.  I smile at her "who do you think invited him, Lois, I did.  Noah is mine he always has been and always will be"  "yeah always has been I heard about how he was before you"  "yeah, but what they don't know is that if my twin over there would have let go a certain rule that made Noah off limits to me I could have made him mine."  Noah looked at me and said, "you got that right I have been yours for as long as I can remember."
