Julia's POV

I woke up and checked to see if hayes texted me. he didnt. I wiped my face off from the tears and got ready. I was going to ask hayes out with the flowers he gave me. I put my hair in a pony tail and didn't wear makeup. hayes liked me they way I was I felt so comfortable around him. I walked over and took a deep breath. it was 11:30 I was going to see if he wanted lunch after it would be cute. I decided to let myself in so I could surprise him. I tip toed up the stairs and to his room. I heard him talking but I thought he was talking to himself again. I looked in and saw the worst thing. he was sucking faces with the school slut and his hand was getting a little high on her leg. all I could do was let out a sound of pain trying to say his name. I ran out and into nashs' room.

Hayes' POV

I had invited Jordan over earlier because if Julia could have someone I could too. we were having a great conversation but all I could think about was Julia. she was getting all flirty and kept putting her hands on me and stuff. all of a sudden she kissed me and I guess I kissed back. I could only think of Julia though.

She also grabbed my hand and put it pretty far up her leg I didn't know why till I heard my name quietly screamed. Julia. I immediately but she was already gone from the doorway.

"That's why you kissed me wasn't it?"

"I have no idea what you mean baby."she smiled and leaned towards me so I could see down her shirt. god she was a slut.

"Get out. I want you gone in 10 seconds."

"Baby don't be like this." she touched my leg.

"OUT!" I screamed and she ran out. god hayes how many times can you screw up? before I went to find Julia I scratched myself more. it hurt but I deserved it.

"Nash I need help I mess-" I cut myself off as I saw Julia in his arms.

"Nash I thought you knew I liked her?!" I screamed.

"Bull crap hayes why were you sucking faces with that slut Jordan then?"

"Because you were sucking faces with that player dylan!"

"Why do you think I punched him after you left?!" she screamed back.

I didn't say anything after that but nash left us alone even though we were in his room. I sat down and started tearing up. yeah I cry I've been through a crap load so give me a break. she quieted down too.

"Hayes I care about you and I want to be with you."

"Then why did you leave me a year ago?"

"I don't know I was stupid though. to leave a friend like you is like a year without rain. I missed you more than I thought. you were funny,nice,caring,my best friend and I can't believe I gave you up. I promise I won't again hayes. I love you more than words. as my best friend and more." she started tearing up too.

" I love you too Julia but why is it so hard? why is loving you so hard? I'll do anything for you but I know it's not the same." I sighed.

"I just dumped Megan for you. she called you a loser and I said if she believes that she can leave and she hung up I don't care about anyone but you hayes. I promise."

Julia's POV

I just finished explaining what happened earlier and that I did care about him. he looked into my eyes and kissed me. finally a real kiss. It felt like fireworks were going off. we ended the kiss and we were silent and I hugged him.

"I want to date you but I can't julia. your friends and everyone else will hate on me not you. I can't take more hate okay?" He Explained.

"Can we still be best friends? I understand if you don't want to be friends with me I'm just a stupid girl that got tangled in your life. I'm sorry I'm just gonna go."

"Don't leave please I still love you and want to be your friend just let things with me blow over I don't want you to get hurt out of this it's the last thing I want." he ended and hugged me. god I love his hugs. We were hugging for at least 5 minutes till nash finally came back in and kicked us out politely though. we went in hayes room and listened to music. ' She will be loved' came on.

" Tap on my window, knock on my door I want to make you feel beautiful." I sang along.

"Beautiful. your voice, it's flawless." hayes said as he rubbed the tears out of my eyes from our heart to heart.

"No, I just feel that song. it brings emotion to me. I've never had someone that would be so willing to do stuff to call me beautiful. all I ever get called is hot. that means they want me for my body. not my personality. nobody has ever gone that far to get to know me."

"I'm going to say it. your beautiful. every little part of you. the way tour face lights up when your happy, the way your teeth shine so bright when you smile, your laugh is infectious, your kindness makes the world a better place. but when your beautiful the most is when you have zero makeup on, sweatpants, a ratty tee shirt, messy hair and your smile. your so beautiful just like that I wish you dressed like that all the time it makes me smile and think how lucky I am to be talking to such a beautiful girl."

"Hayes I dont know what to say I just-" he cut my off my wiping my eyes again because I was crying from his speech. I wish I could call him mine.

"I love you so much and I never ever want to loose you. I don't care what people say I'm going to stand with you please hayes I love you."
