Julia's POV

I woke up to nash poking my face with a stick.

"What the...i don't even want to know." I mumbled to nash.

"Where hayes?"

"I don't know I was coming in to ask you Julia."

"How did he leave I was sleeping next to him the whole night!"

"You were really tired I don't know."

"Oh great he left again. it's all my fault I shouldn't have brought him to the party. I need to find him."

"He could be anywhere juju."

"I think I know.." without hearing his answer I darted out and into the backyard, headed for the Bridge. when I got closer I slowed down and tip toed. funny enough I found hayes. I didn't know what to do. do I go up to him? do I go and tell nash? before I had time he saw me.

"Hi Julia, what do you want?" He said through sniffles. he looked like he has been crying for days.

"When did you get away from me?"

"I was never with you.."

"I saw you last night and I hugged you in bed."

"That wasn't me I swear. I've been here all night. Well I did go home but then I left again when I heard you coming in my room."

"Hayes there was someone else in your room."

"Your scaring me juls."

"I swear! There's even a tee shirt from last night."

"Show me."

We walked back in silence till we got there and I showed him the tee shirt.

"That's not mine.. it's dylans. he wore it to the party remember?"

"No!" I started freaking out. I has slept with Dylan. crazy thing is he snuck in and out of hayes' house.

"I'm going to nash to tell him." Hayes stormed out.

What a perv Dylan is. all that to sleep next to me. oh my god what if hayes gets even more mad at me!? I can't take this, I just want to be happy.

Hayes POV

I was steaming. DYLAN BROKE INTO MY HOUSE AND SLEPT WITH MY GIRLFRIEND. I stormed into nashs' room and started screaming.

"DYLAN HE FRICKING BROKE IN AND SLEPT WITH JULIA LAST NIGHT IM GOING TO BEAT THE CRAP OUT OF HIM. NASH CALL JACK G, CAM, MATT, TAYLOR, AND THE REST OF THEM NOW. HE WILL DIE."

"Whoa hayes calm the frick down. if I understood right he broke in and slept with Julia. that's like a bunch of felonies he can get in trouble for. come with me hayes."

"Get julia too I'm not ever leaving her side." I said to nash.

"Im still pissed at her though." I mumbled. She really hurt me. I don't know if she knows what happened between us, that's partially why he did this to us.

*FLASHBACK*

Julia and I haven't talked in a week and she's completely ignoring me. Ive never been like this before. I don't go anywhere anymore. I barely vine. I just think about her. finally the day of hell(school) was over. as I was walking out I say Dylan waiting on a wall. we talked a little. he thought Julia was hot.

"Hayes."

"Hayes!"

"Bro why you ignoring me?"

"Just leave me alone."

"Did someone break little hayesies heart." he smirked evilly.

"Just go away I'm not in the mood."

"You asked for it."

He pinned me up against the wall and threatened to beat me up. I honestly wasn't scared because I played football and I'm jacked compared to him. I ripped my hand from the wall and punched him square in the nose. he went to punch me but I ducked and he punched the wall, hard. he tried to again and caught my arm in the punch. I didn't want I fight anymore so I pushed him to the ground. his nose was bleeding from a couple minutes ago.

"Leave me alone? get it now?" I screamed as I walked away.

*FLASHBACK ENDED*

Ever since that afternoon he had tortured me everyday after it. I'm so sick of it. he sometimes shoves me into the lockers, but mostly calls me stupid cuss words that are irrelevant. I'm so ready to bust his ass.

"Julia come were busting Dylan's ass."

"Whoa you must be mad you just swore in front of me."

"Shut up I'm still pissed at you." I snapped. I knew I shouldn't have said it but I did. she ran up ahead and talked to nash. he hugged her. I knew I screwed up. we drove down to the police station and they had Julia say what happened. after 15 minutes she came out crying. I opened my arms but she went into nashs' instead. I felt like someone just shot me in the heart.

Julia's POV

Hayes came back and told me to come with them. he actually swore I'm front of me when he told me where we were going. he also told me to shut up he was still pissed. god julia do I have to ruin everything? I went up and talked to nash because I felt tears again. when we went down there they asked me a bunch of questions. I answered them all but only thought of hayes. how do I make this up? Dylan's basically his enemy, they hate eachother and I know I hurt him alot. I finally finished and I was about to cry as I left. I saw both hayes and nash with their arms open for me. I made a quick decision to go to nash. I needed his help to make up with hayes. I looked over at hayes and he looked heartbroken. I felt so bad I wanted to die. I messed up the best thing in my life. we got back and I knew what I was gonna do.

"Hayes.. can you come with me?" I said quietly when we got home.

"Sure."

I lead him to the bridge. I made a heart and wrote

"I love you forever and always hayes. I'm so sorry I messed up. I'm sorry we went. I knew he was gonna be there and I let you leave me alone. but he hurt me and was gonna do it again,so when he went to kiss me I bit his lip hard and he was bleeding. then you came in. that's all that happened. I honestly don't know how he got into your room but I didn't plan it. I just saw someone in your bed and thought it was you. I didn't know you were down here. if I had known I would have came down. I'm sorry hayes I love you so much. your the only good thing in my life right now and I can't loose you or I'll loose myself. please forgive me I can't go on until you do. I promise I will never love anyone like I love you or as much as I love you. I will do anything for you hayes. do you forgive me?".
