Rose heard something. A voice. It was hard for her to understand what the voice said. But it didn't matter, because she saw the boat, the lifeboat, and she saw the light from someone's flashlight.
"Jack, they're here" she said and looked up at him.
He was quiet and his eyes were closed.
"Jack?" she repeated.
No answer.
Than he opened his eyes. He looked at her, but said nothing. He just shook a little. Rose noticed how pale he was. He tried to say something, but failed. Than he closed his eyes once again, still shaking.
"Can anyone hear me?!" the voice called out.
"Yes" Rose said, but she couldn't do it loudly enough.
"Can anyone hear me?!" the voice repeated.
Rose sat up on the door, shaking even more when she moved. With one hand, she held Jack to made it sure he wouldn't fell off the door. With her other hand, she splashed in the water, trying to get the lifeboat's attention. It was nearly 100 meters away. It should be possible for them to see her and Jack. She splashed her hand in the water really hard now, and the boat actually stoped moving away from her and Jack. It started moving towards them instead. The boat had seen them. They were going to be saved.

First, they worked together to get Jack into the boat. He could still nearly move, but he shook, witch meant that he was alive. He was laid on the bottom of the boat. Than, they helped Rose get into the boat too. She lay down on the bottom with Jack.

Rose held on Jack the whole way to the rescue ship.
"We'll be alright now, were saved" she told him a couple of times during the journey. Jack said nothing. He just shook.
