I would try to describe my positive traits and how they can be used in the industry. Sometimes there's a rubric for writing about achievements, but if there isn't, I would put it there as well if there is something note-worthy.
I think the most important thing is showing why you would do well as a trainee in their company.
It's a little like a job application. Positive traits and how you can use them in your pursuit to become an idol.
(But this is just 100 % guess)
Thanks for the A2A ^^

Let them know who you are. Introduce yourself to them, just like how you would do it in person.
Here's some questions to answer:
What's your talent? (You should/could also add any other talents like language skills or anything else you think an idol would need to have that you have)
Do you have any experiences regarding your talent; winning a talent show etc?
Why do you want to become an idol? What can you offer? Are you willing to work hard?
If you answer these 3 questions in full, you would have quite a solid self-introduction.
Of course, include your name, age and where you are from.

I haven't auditioned, therefore I'm not sure.
If I were to guess though, I think it's similar to what you say in a interview for a job. So things like:
Your name (obviously), age and where you are from.
Whats your talent (or talents).
Since when have you been harvesting the talent. (or how if you want to)
What previous experience you've had.
And lastly, why you're interested in that specific company
Try to make it short, but not too short. I think a small paragraph of around 5 sentences should be good.
Good luck with the auditions!
