When I arrived home I was soaked to the skin from all the rain. I was shivering with the cold but I knew that I'd have to sit in my wet clothes for a while just to make sure I do catch a cold.

A puddle was beginning to form on the carpet below me. Ugh I may go and sit in the shower instead at least there it won't matter that I'm dripping water all over the place. I hurried up the stairs and sat in my bath.

A few minutes had passed and my hands were beginning to turn blue with the cold. I suppose that's enough I thought whilst standing up to turn the shower on. Feeling the hot water fall along my face was bliss. Damn I need to take these saturated clothes off.
Within a minute I was naked in the shower and my clothes were laying on the floor in a pile. I looked down at my pale stomach to see a load of purple bruises starting to form.
God I hate my body.

Once I finished showering I got out and put on some warm dry clothes and decided to go downstairs and watch a movie to help ease my thoughts. I grab a bag of popcorn and jump on the sofa before scrolling through the movie channels to see what's on. I settle for one of my favourites ; 'World War Z'

The next morning

I wake up unable to breathe through my nose and my throat feels as if it was on fire. I sit up and begin to cough. I look at the clock on my locker, it reads 7:15 am. Bloody hell i'm going to a lot of effort just to get away from Murdoc. Now where the hell did I leave my painkillers.

"Stu?!" My mother then burst through my bedroom door with a concerned look on her face.

"Was that you doing all that coughing" she asks.

"Yes mum, I don't feel too well"

She walks over to me and places a hand on my forehead.

"Oh god Stu, you better stay home today, you have a burning temperature. You don't sound well at all. I'll call the school and let them know that you won't be in for the next few days. If this gets worse I'll bring you to the doctors tomorrow".

Yesss! A few days she said! Amazing!

"Okay mum, thanks a lot"

"Stu honey take some medicine and get some rest, I'll be home from work later and I'll make you some chicken soup, goodbye darling"  She says as she leaves my room.

I smile to myself, whilst I take some medicine and decide to lie back down in my bed as soon as my head hits the pillow I fall into a deep sleep.

The Mother's POV

I walk down the stairs thinking about my sweet little Stuart being ill and I walk into the kitchen where I left my phone. Time to call Stu's school and let them know what's happening. I click on the schools number but it goes straight to their voicemail. I try ringing several times but nobody answers. Ugh I may just stop off on my way to work.

I grab my bag and car keys and head to Stu's school.

I pull up just in front of the school and get out of the car noticing that this school seems to be as gloom as ever. I only sent Stu here because all the other schools are too far away.

Walking into the reception room I notice an all too familiar face talking to the receptionist.

"Mr. Niccals if you could just take a seat over there, Principal Matthews wants to see you in his office in a moment" she says.

I hear him grunt and walk over to a chair. He notices me and decides to speak up
"Why hello Mrs. Pot" he says slyly

God if I could only strangle that boy, he boils my blood, bullying my little Stu for years! Who does he think he is talking to me! And not even calling me by the right name! Calling me that nickname he gave to Stuart!

"It's Mrs. Tusspot! And don't you dare speak to me" I say whilst glaring at him

I turn my attention to the receptionist who is now waiting for me to approach her. "Hi, sorry about that" I mumble
"It's okay Miss. Tusspot don't worry about it, now what can I do for you?" She asks.
"Well Stuart has come down with a bad fever and cold so he won't be in school for the next few days, I tried to call your office earlier but there was no answer on the phone so I just thought I'd stop by and let you know about Stuarts flu as I know that if a child is absent for the day the school wants a parental explanation" I smile.
"Yes that is absolutely correct" she says "thanks a million for letting us know as our phone lines are currently down so we appreciate you coming in to inform us, have a nice day Mrs. Tusspot!"
"Bye" I smiled at the receptionist before turning around to see that god awful Murdoc with a devilish grin on his face. I glare at him and walk out to my car.

Murdoc's POV

I'm sitting on the chair watching 2-D's mother speak to that receptionist, I'm not listening to what they have to say until I overhear her say that D is not gonna be in school for the next few day No! That can't be true! That bitch! Who the hell am I gonna boss around I mean there are others who I bully but 2D is my favourite. I think to myself.
Wait I've got it! My most genius idea today. I smirk to myself as Mrs. Pot leaves the room.

Looks like I'm going to have to pay little 2D a visit.
