The Camera That Started It All

About 19 hours into our flight I woke up and saw the beautiful sky. And I took another photo.  I wasn't kidding I photograph everything. I guess Shawn fell asleep because I heard him say

"Are we there yet? My legs are stiff"

I couldn't help but laugh at him.
The plane ride was really peaceful. I could get used to this. Flying around the world, living out my dream job, taking photos of everything I pass, and just looking at the blue sky and seeing all the clouds pass by. I was admiring the scenery till I heard 'Click' and I turn to see that Shawn took a picture of me.

"Did you take a picture of me?"

"Uhhh maybe?"
"Ok"

"Wait you're not gonna freak out?"

"Nope. It's fine just don't post it if I look bad in it"

Shawn let out a slight chuckle and showed me the picture on his phone. It was of me with my head on my hand admiring the clouds.

"That's a cute picture actually" I smiled brightly at the photo.
I meant every word is just said.
"Can you send me it? I wanna make it my profile picture"
"Sure thing haha"

He texted me the photo and I proceeded to make it my profile picture on everything and I posted it.

Shawn picked up one of my cameras. (Yes I have multiple cameras never know when you wanna switch it up haha)  He then found my poloriod camera and said

"Say Australia!"

"Austrialia!"

We both took turns taking poloriods of each other. Some silly ones and some serious ones.
Then we finally landed and I got a call from one of my cousin in Greece, Ari.

"Hey! So I just called to let you know I made a fan club for you!"

"A fan club?"

"Yeah! I've been telling you for years I was gonna make one for you! Your photos need to be shared with everyone! The past and present ones!"

"All these years I thought you were joking to make me feel better. Thank you so much Ari!"

"You're welcome! Oops I gotta go Emmy just got home. Bye love you!"

"Bye love you too! tell everyone I said hey!"

I'm touched my cousin did that for me and I guess I was smiling like and idiot because Shawn asked

"What's got you all smiley?"

"One of my cousins in Greece called me and said she made a fan club for me."

"That's so sweet of her!"

"Ever since we were little she would say "One day when we are big I'm making a fan club for you!" And I always thought she was joking"

"See even she knows!"

"What do you mean?"

"You're talented extremely talented."

"Wow I never thought of it that way since my family and friends have been my biggest supporters for as long as I can remember I thought it was just to make me feel good about my photos."

"It seems like that worked Ev"

"Yeah I guess it did. I used to not have confidence in my photos."

We continued talking the whole way to the hotel and we checked in. I place my bags on the floor of my room and plopped down on the bed and I texted Shawn

E:I'm taking a nap. Wake me when I need to get ready

S:😂😂😂Ok we have conjoined rooms so I'll just open the door and shake you awake
E: I swear if you do that I'm not talking to you anymore

S:Ok OK sorry I was joking Ev

E:Mhmm sure you were.
S:....

E: Nap time awaits ok and I was joking too. Just don't wake me up rudely.

Before I napped I texted everyone the plane landed and we're in the hotel the before I knew it I was sleeping.
