I woke up, not knowing what time it was or even what day or month it was. I was in the hospital bay though. I was in a small room. There was a nurse checking on all supplies and making sure it was all in check. She looked back at me and noticed my eyes slowly opening.

"Ah, you're awake, good."

"Wh- what day is it?" I asked.

"It's still the same day, my queen." Oh, that's right, I'm queen now! And..Jordan is my king. He's probably worried sick about me.

"Where's my king?" I asked.

"He's outside."

"Bring him in." I commanded.

"Your highness, I don't think it's a good idea to-"

"Let him in." I demanded.

"As you wish." She opened the door and I faintly heard her say "You can come in." Jordan stopped at the door and saw me just laying there, weak. He came over to me, leaned over to me and hugged me. I leaned up a little to hug him too. The warmth of his hug helped sooth the pain aching in my body.

"Oh thank god you're ok." He managed to say. He looked into my eyes with a tear running down his cheek. I wiped the tear off.

"Hey, I'm ok now." I said even though I still hurt. The doctor walked in.

"Well, I have good news. I may have figured out the problem." He didn't look concerned though, but rather happy.

"What is it, doctor?" Jordan asked, only he was concerned.

"Congratulations, it looks like we'll be having a prince or princess on our hands in nine months time." Ohmahgosh, I'm pregnant?! But, but how?! I can't believe it! I looked at Jordan with a wide open smile, I started laughing as I reached my arms out to hug Jordan. He immediately went to hug me.

"I'm doing to be a daddy!" he said. I could feel him trying to fight back tears as he hugged me with his face in my shoulder. I ran my fingers trough his hair as he just decided to open the floodgates into my shoulder. The doctor had a smile on his face too and went to wash his hands.

"Yes...Yes you are." I said I I sniffled. But now it's time to announce this to my parents and the rest of the kingdom. And Jordan's parents too. We sat there for about a minute for about a minute. "I say we tell your parents first." Jordan wiped his nose.

"Mine, mine are dead, slaughtered by Kanthar."

Of course, way to go me.

"Oh, I'm very sorry.." I said as I held his back as he sat on the edge of the bed.

"It's fine, they were both creators too, but no match for Kanthar. Besides, you're the royal by blood here, we'll tell your parents immediately, I have a good plan." He leaned in and whispered into my ear. A big smile grew onto my face.

"Well, all seems good, you may go if you'd like. We ran a few tests while you were in your little coma." I guess I was in a coma then. That's a first.

"Be happy for the time being, it's only going to get worse from here." The voice in my head said. I clutched my head as pain flowed through.

"What's wrong?" Jordan asked.

"Nothing, lets just get out of here." I said. I got up, changed and we left. I went up to my room and Jordan followed. I closed the door, turned and immediately asked Jordan "When do we do it?"

"Whenever I guess."

"Wanna do it today? At dinner?" It seemed genius. I wasn't good at keeping secrets anyway.

"I guess, if you really want too."

"We'll do it then."

**Dinner Time**

I was still dressed in my same clothes as earlier. I put on my tiara as I had to wear it now as I walked outside and into the public or during times like this. It was just part of the modesty of being the leader. I placed a honey bun in the kitchen oven. Jordan stood right next to me with his crown on.

"Mom, dad?" I called.

"Yeah?" They both said.

"Could you both come here? There's something wrong." I called out. They both walked in with curiosity written across their faces.

"What's wrong?" My mom asked.

"There's something wrong with the oven." I said.

"What do you mean?" She asked as she walked over and opened the over door. "Oh, what's this? Is it this?" She asked as she pulled out the bun.

"What is it." I said.

"It's a..a bun?" She obviously didn't figure it out.

"And where was it?"

"In the oven?" She still didn't piece it together. My dad was still just as confused. His grey hair said it all.

"Now put it together." I said.

"A bun in the..." She paused for a second. "NO!...NO! NO! NO!..Oh my gosh, are you really?! She yelled.

I nodded my head with a huge smile. Jordan wrapped his arms around me with a big smile. She began to scream and laugh with joy.

"What? What's going on?" My dad was still clueless as to what's going on.

"Nicky's pregnant!" My mom screamed.

"You're kidding.." My dad asked. My mom came up to me and hugged me. She started jumping up in the air while hugging me as she began to cry. My dad too began to cry as he hugged Jordan.

Who knew the two strongest men I knew, had a really soft spot lying inside of them.

"How long have you known?" My parents asked.

"Yeah, and are you feeling any better?" My dad asked.

"We've known for a few hours, since I woke up in the doctors, and I'm doing better." I said reassuringly.

"We came to visit you, but you were still asleep." My mom said.

"Well, let's go tell everyone else that sitting down, waiting to eat." My mom insisted. I didn't deny. We went out and I walked to the end of the table where I now sat. My parents now sat closest as they are my parents and considered elders now.

"Attention everyone!" I said while taping a butter knife and wine glass together. "I have an announcement to make!" It got quiet and all eyes now grew to me. "Thank you all for coming!" Smiles began to grow. "I would like to announce that I, Queen Nicky of the Balance reality, am pregnant!" Cheers roared up from the silence. It now felt good to be queen.
