Chapter One

You finished sealing the last box of your belongings. Your mother, also strapping some tape over a box labelled 'Books'.

She had tears in her eyes. "My baby finally leaves."

"Yeah, found a nice place close to my work." You said to her.

She smiled. "I love you (Y/N), be sure to visit soon, okay?"

You nodded as you got up off the ground. She followed.

You gave her a huge hug. "Bye mom."

"If you need anything, don't hesitate to call me okay?" She said.

You let go of her.

"Get going sweetie, call me later." She said with a smile.

You gave her a quick wave before grabbing the two boxes to load into your car.

You threw yourself into the full car, and drove off to your new place.

T I M E S K I P

You pulled up into the parking lot of the apartment complex. It was a huge building. Nice though.

You got out of the car to get some fresh air.

Another car suddenly pulled up beside you.

A guy hopped out of the passenger seat, he had semi long hair tucked messily into a hat, and a bit of a beard.

At the same time, a lanky guy with short brown hair pulled himself out of the passenger side.

"Woah hey." You greeted them.

"Hello!" The shorter guy said with a friendly wave. He looked into your car and saw all the boxes inside. "You moving in?"

"Yeah,,," You said shyly.

"You want some help bringing it all in?" The taller guy asked.

"I mean, if you wanna help me I would really appreciate it, but if you're busy I don't want to burden you." You responded.

"No no no, we weren't planning to do anything. Matt was just gonna take a shower, he's a stinky boy." The shorter guy said.

"By the way, I'm Matt and he's Ryan." The tall one, Matt said.

"I'm (Y/N)." You said as you opened the car door.

"What number are you?" Ryan asked.

You gave them the room number.

"Yooo! We're neighbours then!" Matt said with a huge smile on his face.

You smiled back at him.

"Come on Matt, let's get this nice young lady's stuff up to her house for her." Ryan said, grabbing as many boxes as he could to bring up to your house.

After a few hours you guys had all the boxes up in your house. Furniture was left there from the pervious owner.

"Thank you guys so much. I don't know how I can ever thank you." You said.

"Anytime (Y/N)." Matt said with a sweet smile. "And feel free to come over anytime, Ryan and I are almost always home."

"Okay, I'll keep that in mind!" You exclaimed.

You guys exchanged your goodbyes and Matt and Ryan left.

You began to unpack all your stuff. Until you eventually crashed onto your bed for a good nights sleep. Tomorrow you had work.
