After a long discussion with Molly on how I should act and what I should do when I get to his house I finally am on my way.
My feelings are overwhelming, I mean I haven't really talked to anyone after Alice's death, -well except Molly but those weren't conversations- and he is the one to finally take it out of me?
I don't even know the guy and judging by his appearance and attitude I'm guessing he's not a nice one either.
I mean he is pretty attractive, I admit, but he has a different girl on his lap every night so I don't even stand a chance, even as much as I would want to.
Wait, what am I talking about?! I can't be crushing on the punk boy, Molly warned me about him... I don't wanna get hurt and it's just ou-
My train of thoughts got interrupted when the door to his apartment flew open. I guess I haven't noticed that I was already at his door step.
I begin to panic at the sight of him. I mean he is standing in front of me bare chested only wearing grey sweatpants with a band from his underwear peeking from underneath. Calvin Klein. Hottt.
"You alright?" he asked with amusement.
I guess I've been staring at his toned body for too long now. I shake out of it and close my mouth quickly, noticing that a bit of spit escaped it. Have I been drooling?! Jesus Christ I need to get it together, this is already awkward as it is.
I nod my head in response and walk in, following his lead. He plops down on the couch, which is standing in the middle of the living room, with both of his elbows on the back.
I take a moment to admire my surroundings. In front of the couch is a big tv standing on the cabinet with loads of video games stuffed in the shelves. There is a big window to the right of the couch and a kitchen on the left. There's also a corridor straight ahead, which I'm guessing, is leading into the bedroom and the bathroom.
Overall the apartment is pretty small, but it's very modern nontheless, with polished hardwood floors and a clean design.
When I finally finish lulling my head around I take a sit at the opposite end of the coach. He looks over at me and I can't help but get this strange feeling in my stomach.
"You want a drink or something?" his raspy voice braking the silence.
I nod in response and he gets up to go to the kitchen. I hear him turning on the sink water on so I guess he already decided on what we're going to be drinking. Don't guys usually have soda in their fridge?
"Sorry, I'm not much of a soda drinker so we're gonna have to drink water" it's like he answered my thoughts.
He hands me the glass and sits awfully close to me this time. This stomach feeling is getting stronger and I begin to feel hot. Jees, does this guy even have an air conditioner in his house?
He sets his glass on the magazine table in front of us and looks over at me.
"I just wanna say sorry if I made you feel uncomfortable yesterday" he looks genuinely sorry.
"I hope you're alright with what happened, I mean you were the one to jump on me so-" he stopped mid sentence as he picked up on my facial expression.
I was terrified, confused, angry and overwhelmed at the same time and I guess that showed on my face.
"You don't remember anything, do you?" he asked, confused as well.
I just shook my head in response... and there was something in his eyes that told me he didn't really want me to remember.
