Baby you know it too
And you should never wanna be with a man
If he can't be a man
And do the things to you like I canJordan POV
It's the weekend finally! And my parents are still not here. I feel like I live here alone. But my friends keep me company a lot. Right now I'm on my way to Amir's house for dinner. Don't ask why. His mom invited me.
I knocked on the door a couple times. I heard shuffling and the door opened. I saw the familiar brown skinned lady standing before me. She wore this huge smile as she pulled me in for a hug. She smelled like something fried.
"Little Jordan." She cooed as she squeezed my cheeks.
I always hated that
"Hey Mrs. Jackson." I smiled.
"Come in girl. Amir is upstairs. I will call y'all down when dinner is done." She kissed my cheek and let me in. This house still looks the same. I walked up the marbled stairs causing my sneakers to squeak a little. I approached the door and opened it without knocking. I guess that wasn't a good idea because he walked out his bathroom in nothing but a towel. I quickly covered my eyes.
"You don't like knocking do you?" It sounded like he was smirking. I moved my hand and he had on a white v neck and basketball shorts. His muscles are pressing through that shirt too. I couldn't help but bite down on my lips.
"Like what you see?" He smirked.
"Hell yea." I laughed. I walked in more and sat on his bed. I remember this room so well.
"So who you taking to prom?" I asked while fiddling with change on his nightstand. I was hoping he would say me but I know Josh probably wants to take me.
"You want to go with me?" He asked.
"But what about Josh..."
"What about him? He feeling Felix anyway." He shrugged.
"I kind of figured that." I shook my head. That's what I get for letting my fucking guard down because of niggas like him! Now how he gone feel my best friend?!
Hoe
"Don't be sad though. She ain't got shit on you." He pecked my lips.
I grabbed his basketball in the corner and tossed it a few times.
"Oh you like ball now?" He smirked.
"Nope. I just like it when you play it." I blew a kiss and winked.
"Jordan! Amir!" His mom called. I put the ball down and went downstairs with him.
It smelt good! I saw fried chicken, macaroni, green beans, corn break, and cake! We fixed our plates and sat down. Mrs. Jackson said a prayer and we quickly dug in.
"So how is school going since the little accident?" She asked me.
"Great now. I had to put her in her spot though. She don't know me like that Mrs. Jackson." She laughed.
"I hear you honey." She smiled.
"Ma, I'm taking Jordan to prom." He said. I looked up from my plate.
Did I say we were going to prom together
"Oh really?" She smirked at me.
"Yea. We gone be fly." Amir smirked at me.
"So what about that girl that cried pregnant? What's her name? Gia, Gabriel..."
"Georgia." Amir and I both said.
