Reason 2:
I didn't know you well.It may seem more like a negative than a plus, but to me it made all the difference.
If I had known you better, I'd be disappointed. Not that you're a bad person, but it would ruin my painted picture of you.
I saw you as my type, the guy who had it all. But that's a lie looking back at it. I liked that vague portion of the puzzle that left me to imagine the gaps.
You were a blank canvas that I wanted to paint even though you were already painted.
I always thought it would've turned out better if I had got to know you more. But subconsciously, the less I knew, the better.
