Reason 3:
You were my perfect.I saw a lot of things in you that made these reasons grow into something more.
It started with the simple things.
How smart you were, how artistic you were, how you had the most pristine penmanship.
Then I noticed the subtle things.
How your eyes twinkled from the sunlight through the window, how your smile made me smile, how I'd laugh at your cheesy jokes.
That's how the thoughts would unravel after came the implosion. I saw how distant we were, how what I saw was only on the surface, and how none of those things were for made for me.
You weren't my perfect. My perfect was just labeled with a face and a name, both of which were unfortunately yours.
