She made a deal.
A deal with the devil apparently.
He took away her everything.
Even her slightest ability.
To demand her freedom
To get away from him for a night.
He was the beastWith his claws crawling at her.
She cried all night,
Her silent sobs filled the air.
He really loved her.
Or at least that was his cover.
Her swollen eyes
Revealed the stories untold.
His yelling words stuck in her ears
Her screams filled the broken house.
Sometimes he choked her
Other times beat her
She knew there was no escape
From her deadly husband's clutches.
The harsh reality sank in no late
Not only her body
Even her soul was his forever.
