Finn Wolfhard walked into his local barber shop. He needed someone who was experienced with taming his wild hair. He was friends with the owner, her name was Grace. He had already booked an appointment at Grace's barber shop called, Moonlight.

He always went to Moonlight when he needed a bit of a hair trim. But, today was special, He brought his cousin Maddie along as well. Maddie want to trim her hair just a little under shoulder length, she also wanted to dye highlights in her hair. He trusted Grace with his favorite cousin.

He and Maddie came from a fairly wealthy family, so they could pretty much afford whatever. When he and Maddie walked in, he saw Grace sitting at  the front desk.

"Hey Grace, I like what you've done with your hair. Makes you look much more majestic." he said, referring to her once blonde, now mermaid dark blue hair.

"Thanks Finn, I like that you still have your boring wild curls, like seriously, just dye it or something." Grace said with a chuckle.

Finn rolled his eyes playfully.

"This must be Maddie, Hi I'm Grace Vanderwaal." The once blonde girl says.

Maddie shook her hand and smiled.

Finn told Grace what style both he and Maddie wanted. Grace nodded and  told them they made a great choice.

Finn was led over to a short skinny girl with a black bandanna in her shoulder length honey curls. He was fascinated by her. He had never seen her here before, yet somewhat found her face familiar. Grace smiled as she saw how Finn looked at the girl.

"Finn. That's Millie. Remember the one from high school?"

*********

*Flashback*

Finn dropped a few of is books on the floor making a good thud.

"Are you okay?" A small frail girl with overalls asks. She had a hand on his shoulder.

"Fine. Thanks for asking." He says shoving her off harshly.

He walked off not to far to hear her say "rude."

He turned and looked at her cocking an eyebrow.

"I said your rude. Why are you looking at me like that?"

"Nobody has had the nerve to say something like that to me before." He said stepping closer to her.

"Well, I guess I'm not nobody then."

He scoffed leaving the library.

She ran after him. "Wait!"

"What do you want now?' He said rolling his eyes.

"You forgot your book." She said handing him a book that read "Romeo and Juliet."

"Why do you have that!?" he said obviously blushing.

"I think it's a good book. There's nothing to be embarrassed about."

"Really?"

"Yeah. I think you kind of look like the photo of Romeo too." She said tugging on her overalls.

"Thanks,"

They said goodbye and went there separate ways. Before leaving, Finn turned around and said goodbye one last time. "Goodbye Juliet."

***********

He remembered searching for her for days. Eventually, he learned she moved away to England and never came back. But, now. He had his doubts.

"Millie?"

"Finn? Finn Wolfhard?"

"Yeah."

He gave her a big hug.

He glanced at Maddie, who was smirking at him from her side of the Barber shop with Noah.

"My, my Finn, you still look exactly the same!"She said, her British accent prominent.

"I missed you Millie."

"We talked like, once, Finn?" Millie furrowed her brows.

Finn noticed she still had the same nice pink pouted lips.

He smiled at her. She reached up and twirled a bit of his black curls.

Without thinking, he swooped in, holding her up and giving her a kiss. She was against it at first, but quickly melted into it.

They went apart.

"I guess you really missed me." Millie said laughing.

Finn chuckled. He really did.
