Assassination Classroom: Chapter 36
--------------------------------------Once we were outside, I set her down and pat her head. She smiled, and Korosensei looked around at us all.

"Thank goodness... you okay, Kanzaki-san?" Kayano asked as she turned to Kanzaki. "Yep, all good." Kanzaki said with a smile. "What happened, Kanzaki-san?" Korosensei questioned as he shifted his focus to Kanzaki. "Hm?" She seemed confused. "No one would blame the three of you for being shaken after that terrible event, but it looks like the only thing you've shaken is your hesitation." I smiled at Korosensei's words, and how happy Kanzaki looked. "That's right, Korosensei. And, thank you." She smiled again, making Sugino blush. "Not at all." Korosensei laughed. "Shall we carry on with our trip, then?" Everyone nodded, and we were off again. "Our group is the only one that didn't attempt to assassinate Korosensei today." Karma said as we walked. "Yeah, but that wasn't really the time or place..." Kanzaki replied. "Meh, It's fine, we'll just try again tomorrow." He concluded. I laughed.
-The Next Day-
I woke up to Kayano and Kanzaki shaking my shoulder in the middle of the night. "Hm?-" I mumbled, "Shh..." Kayano and Kanzaki shushed me. Kayano started explaining her assassination plans to me. "I see..." I grabbed a flashlight so we could see better when it came to actually going through the hallway. There weren't any windows, and it was the middle of the night. Everywhere you looked was darkness. I shuddered and immediately turned on my flashlight as we entered the hallway. "Why'd you do that, Koi-chama?" Kanzaki asked as she turned around to see me, red as a tomato. "I... I'm... afraid of the dark." I whispered that last part so quietly, that I was asked to repeat myself. "I'm... afraid of the dark..." I said it too quietly again. "What?" Kayano and Kanzaki asked in unison. "... I'm afraid of the dark!" I whisper-yelled, finally. Kanzaki and Kayano told me it was nothing to be ashamed of... "Unless, of course, it got leaked to Maehara or Karma. The devils of the classroom." Kayano giggled. We finally made it to Korosensei's room. I went to the small kitchen that was in his room, and Kanzaki poured in ingredients that Kayano was reading from off of a paper. I made the tea, and brought it out on a saucer. "Okay, just pour in the poison." Kanzaki did as instructed. "How do we know the poison will actually work?" I asked Kayano. "I got it from Okuda, she said that this should do the trick, or at least knock him out long enough for someone to kill him." "I see..." Kanzaki added. We stirred the poison into the tea and left it on the table with a note, saying:
"Thank you for saving us!! We promise this is NOT an assassination attempt. Made with love, from Kayano, Kanzaki and Koiama." ...That was a lie. We laughed as we shut the door. "You know what I was thinking as I was writing the note?" Kayano asked as we walked back to the room. "What?" Kanzaki asked, in return. "All of our last names start with 'K' and end with a vowel!" Kanzaki and I took a moment to think before nodding in realization. "Oh yeah!" I smiled. "We can call ourselves 'The K-Squad, Assassins in Training!'" Kayano yelled as she laughed. We slid open the door and crawled into our sleeping bags. "Good, night, K-2 and K-3." Kanzaki said. "Goodnight, K-1 and K-2." Kayano added. "Goodnight, K-1 and K-3." I concluded. "Happy assassination!" and with that, we fell right asleep.
(A/N: I COULD HEAR YOU EYE ROLL AT THAT "fragile girl" thing in the previous chapter. X'D
The song reminds me of Koi-chan's past, she had a boy who lived across the street that she fell in love with when she was five, she was going to give him daisies and confess to him, when she found out he was moving way far off to California. [Koiama's parents weren't super abusive, but a little bit, and that boy was always what cheered her up] totally didn't cry when listening to the song and thinking about Koi-Chan's past. :'|)
