My Brother's Beta is My Mate!?!

Chapter 11

Rylee's POV

We had just finished the wedding when it all happened. Rogues. Everywhere. Joel, the best man, yelled for this girl Sam. I watched as he killed a rogue with a girl that looked familiar. I finally remembered where I saw her at. Samantha. My best friend.

"Jake. When did Samantha get here?"

"How do you know Joel's mate?"

"She is my best friend from the other pack. We did everything together."

"Well a couple days ago actually. But she came as a rogue and injured."

"Can we go see her? Please."

He nodded which made me squeal and kiss him.

"I love you."

"I love you too."

He wrapped his arm around my waist and pulled me to his side. It was easy to move around in this dress because it came mid thigh on me. We walked up to Joel and Sam and stayed there for a bit.

"Samantha?"

She turned around a bit nervous but smiled when she saw me. I hugged her before she could say anything.

"Rylee! How long has it been since you found him?"

"A while now."

"I'm so happy for you."

"It's great to see you."

"Thanks."

"So how are you feeling? Considering Jake filled me in on everything."

"I'm fine. So where are the other two?"

"Well Blake is now Alpha and his mate, Madison, and I are now doing covers of different songs. Jd and his mate are in with it also. Jd sings with us and his mate is kinda like a manager. Oh and you will join us. No room to argue."

"Sounds great. I think we need to talk to Blake about letting me into the pack."

"Yeah. And Jake just so happens to be his best friend."

Samantha nodded. I turned to jake and his eyes widened.

"No. Absolutely not. Not happening."

He knew what I was going to ask. It was just a simple question. I wanted him to go talk to Blake. Oh well I know exactly how to get him agree.

I looked down and turned away with tears in my eyes. Jake froze and tried to get me to look at him but I fought against it.

"Rylee, I didn- I wil- I'll go talk to Blake and get him to let Sam in the pack."

I turned around and jumped into his arms.

"Thank you!"

"Yeah anytime. You owe me now."

"I'll do anything, just go talk to Blake."

He laughed and walked over to Blake.

"How did you get him to do that?"

"I'm not going to tell when Joe is here so follow me. We will be right back Joe."

"Fine but hurry."

I nodded even though he didn't out rank me.

"So how did you do that?"

"Two words for you."

"Okay."

"Mate bond."

"Explain."

"With the mate bond you mate will do anything to keep you safe, happy and well anything that makes their wolf and them feel like a great mate. When Jake said all that stuff it actually almost made me cry and I felt like he didn't love me so I turned away. I'm kinda mad at Blake but that is a different story. Jake, feeling my pain from the mark, felt like he failed me so he tried everything to get me back to my happy self. His wolf wasn't happy with him and so he fixed it. So long story short I was happy which made him feel like the greatest mate in the whole world. It works for any mate."

"Well that will come in handy."

"You will need to know this. How else do I get to take Jake's car to the mall?"

We laughed and went back to our mates. Jake was done talking with Blake and once I got there he pulled me to his chest.

"So what did he say?"

"He said that she can join. She is your friend after all."

I smiled and hugged him. Jake hugged me back with a smile on his face. He suddenly growled. I turned to see a unmated male staring at me.

"Mine."

"Yours."

Jake looked down and smiled. I watched him growl at the male and then put his attention back on me.

Jake placed his hands on my tummy and I placed mine on his.

"Oh my gosh! You are pregnant. How long are you?"

"Only a day Sam."

She smiled and hugged me while Joel groaned.

"Oh shut it Joel."

Jake started laughing to the point he was holding his tummy.

"Jake be nice."

He looked at me with a cheeky smile before pulling me in for a kiss. Soon enough we had the meal after wards and Jake was making speech. We all had wine glasses and Jake had his arm around my waist. The kids had grape juice while adults had wine.

After the small speech Jake pulled me to him and gave me a kiss. Everyone cheered again. We all ate and talked while I was next to Jake. Soon it was over and everyone left.

"Come on babe. We have to go change."

We ran upstairs changing fast and then I jumped into his arms. Giving him a kiss.

"I love you Jake Reynolds."

"I love you to Rylee Reynolds."

He kissed me again. Blake walked over to the door and knocked.

"Come on we are announcing you two the official Reynolds family with baby Reynolds on the way."

We walked out hand in hand as we walked to the stairs.

"Your new Alpha Blake Jacobs and new Luna Madeline Jacobs with baby Jacobs on the way. "

Everyone clapped and cheered.

"Now for the Beta family. Your new Beta Jake Reynolds and new Beta female Rylee Reynolds with baby Reynolds on the way."

Everyone smiled and clapped cheering.

"The third in command. The new Third in command Joel Davidson and new female Third Samantha Davidson."

Everyone congratulated us and smiled. Jake leaned down and kissed my mark and pressed his lips to my ear.

"I love you Mrs. Reynolds."

"I love you too Mr. Reynolds."

He smiled giving me a kiss. After a while it got late and Jake and I went to our room going to bed.
