I go back to the apartment and change into black leggings and black Bantu top, and a black leather jacket with a grey hood. I load the inside pockets of my jacket with my knives strap a gun to my waiste and hide a small pocket knife and pair of scissors into the hidden compartment in the sole of my combat boots. What ,you never know? These people could be trying to kidnap me? As I go to turn around I find Lynn, my best friend since kindergarten and little sister of Shauna, Zeke's girlfriend, staring at me from the doorway.
" uhh hey .... did you need something," I ask with a slight panic in my voice.
" where are you going,?" She asks.
" to meet up with somebody," I reply nonchalantly
" if you have to be strapped like that , I'm in 😁" she says excited.
" k," I shrug " BUT NO ONE AND I MEAN NO ONE CAN KNOW!", I say my eyes glowing.
" Deal," she says.
" Come in, Four works control room today and he'll definitely be suspicious considering I told him I had a meeting so let's go out for a little while.
" k, where to?", she asks
" the movies , I heard a movie called Divergent is coming out today." I say
" ok let's go," she replies
TIME SKIP TO HER GOING TO THE TRACKS
As we approach the tracks I see a figure in the darkness. He looks to be about 6'0, slender, and kind of awkward. He's wearing factionless colors. ( all the colors) As I approach I tell Lynn to stay back unless I need her, she agrees.
" brought a friend I see," he says
" never know when you need back-up," I reply.
" just like your mother," he says
" what do YOU know about my mother ?!?," I reply not knowing whether to be creeped out or angry.
" she's brave yet smart , just like you," he replies calmly.
" who are you ," I ask
" someone who knows more about you than you think," he replies.
" you didn't answer my question!," I say.
" I don't need to , just know not everything is as it seems , and I'm not here to stir up trouble. I'm here to make sure you remember us," he says then turns and runs away.
" HEY! YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO GIVE ME ANSWERS NOT CONFUSE ME MORE!!!! WHAT DO YOU MEAN REMEMBER US?!? WHO IS US?!?", I shout but my words reach dead ears.
