The Red Carpet for the show started with every idol showcasing their charmingness in front of the camera.
Every idol looked especially beautiful today and why wouldn't they, this was one of the most anticipated award ceremony of the year. All eyes shifted when RedVelvet joined and started posing in front of the flaming cameras.
Today Irene was giving justice to her title of 'THE VISUAL'. The little black off shoulder dress was showing two opposite ends of a spectrum : a innocent yet sexy look. She looked like something that would break with just a little touch. Delicate would be the perfect word to describe her today's appearance.
The other four girls weren't that behind. All of them looked so stunning making everyone shift their gazes. They were asked the general questions. At last they did the usual finger's heart and the 'fighting' sign and exited.
After a while BTS were also standing on the same carpet doing the exact same poses. They answered the old recycled questions with a smile on their faces.
Finally the awards show started. Both the group tried to reserve themselves to avoid any direct interaction with one another. But it was clear that few members from both of the group were checking each other out.
How could they not? They were in their 20s with no real relationship at all. And when the opposite gender is looking so charming, anyone will turn their face to look twice.
Jimin especially was trying to look at Seulgi who was sitting in the front seats. In reality he actually did like her ; just like a crush. She was his ideal type but before anything could happen the "seulmin" dating rumour became strong depriving him of any interaction with girl.
Irene was uncomfortable throughout the function. Her stomach was paining yet she remained calm. The award ceremony was passing with red velvet winning the Best Girl Group and BTS winning Best Music Video till now.
Finally it was RedVelvet turn to perform and before going up on the stage the youngest Yeri asked " Unni..are you okay?"
"...Just eat a little...I have a apple in my bag" she moved her hand towards her black bag.
The oldest stopped and comforted her by saying "I'm really okay..I'll eat something right after performance"
With great willpower Irene finished the performance with the rest of the members. Their performance was greatly applauded as their summer comeback "Red Flavor" was 'THE SUMMER HIT' of 2017.
Just as she said Irene ate just after finishing the performance. She couldn't eat much and took the appetite suppressing drug once again to help her get through the ceremony.
The function was coming to end with BTS closing the ceremony. They received The Biggest Award DAESANG - ARTIST OF THE YEAR second time in a row.
With every single minute it was getting more and more difficult for Irene to ignore the extreme pain in her stomach. The day was particularly cold than most of the days which was not helping any better.
Finally it ended and all the artist were requested to come up on the stage.
"Just 10 minutes maximum..endure it till then joohyun-a" She consoled herself and got up to go on the stage.
The fans were recording with their phones and camera shouting their idol's name. Every group interacted with one another and with fans by waving their hands towards them.
Suddenly Irene felt an excruciating pain in her stomach and sensed something coming up in her throat. She started walking towards the back stage. She practically ran with her left hand on her mouth.
Most of the idol were in front on the center of the stage. Only few were around the exit and one of them being BTS JIN.
Irene was marching towards the exit and was just few feets away from it. But suddenly Jin shifted backwards and came right in front of her. He gave her a puzzled look and that's when

Everyone gasped in shock. All the eyes in the venue started landing on them trying process what just happened. The fans who were busy recording their idol's face shifted their camera lens towards the duo.
Jin was shocked with his hands in mid air he himself was not sure about what has just happened. He saw Irene being unstable and the mannered boy took both of the girl's hand in his hands to provide her support.
The other girls were moving towards their Unni to help her and the 2nd round of showers came which landed on the boy pants and shoes unlike the first time which landed on his abdomen.
Jin had a disgusted and distorted facial expression. With an opened mouth the boy blinked twice with hands still supporting the her.
The girls took Irene in their arms and moved towards the back stage. The rest of the members of the boy group came close to the boy standing with vomit all over him.
They were suppressing their laughs with none saying anything.
