Vincent has warm brown skin dotted with freckles over his nose, cheeks, and collarbone. His hair is dyed dark brown that fades to a dark red. It stops at the nape of his neck. On his neck is also the beginning of a large dragon tattoo that dominates his entire back. A long jagged scar runs across his chest, another nasty set of cuts litter both of his biceps. Vincent seems to always have a tired look on his face, supported by the bags under his brown eyes and natural frown.
As Spitfire, he's shirtless, showing off the dragon tattoo on his back. He wears baggy red pants for easy movement, and a small slit is in the back for his tail to slip through. Matching red cloth is wrapped around the cuts on his biceps.
HEIGHT: 5'9
ETHNICITY:  African - American

POWERS:
Spitfire has the ability to breathe fire, and depending on how angry he is, it can vary in color and intensity. He can also grow very sharp and devastating canines and claws.
Spitfire also has a second "form", one much stronger than his human body. He grows two large dragons wings. that are a vibrant green speckled with lighter patches and tips colored an oilslick black. A ruby red tail with a spine of fur that's same color black as on his wings. A trail of fur goes from between his shoulders blades all the way down to connect with the fur on his tail. Spitfire's eyes look less than human as the iris disappears and whole eye turns black.
Spitfire has a third, rarely seen, form. It's a full on dragon, though not much is known about its appearance. Few have seen it, and not many more will. It'd have to be a truly drastic situation for him to go to this form, and even then he risks making the situation worse. As a full dragon, Spitfire must maintain restraint and keep calm or he'll lose control and his dragon side will take over and cause havoc for both sides of the fight.

WEAKNESSES:  Spitfire may have some immunity to fire, but that just makes him that much more vulnerable to the cold. Water and ice are his biggest weaknesses, the make it harder for him to blow a steady stream of fire.
He's quick to anger and somewhat impulsive, so it doesn't take much to rile him up. Because of this, others may find it difficult to view him as a hero, but it doesn't demotivate him away from the path of becoming a pro.
Spitfire's vocal cords were left damaged after the incident, so he can't necessarily yell or his voice will just crack. At times his voice will also randomly go out and he's reduced to frantic hand waving and blowing smoke from his nose.

WEAPONS:  Spitfire is pretty strong in melee combat alone, though he does keep a handy pair of spiked, brass knuckles on hand. His claws and fangs may also become a method of fighting.

SOURCE OF POWERS:  It's not — exactly pretty and something he brags about. Let's just say one parent is human while the other — not so much.

SCHOOL: i forgot the name of the college
WORK:  Vincent works as Spitfire at a black smith's shop.
ADRESS: Vincent lives in a single bedroom apartment
BACKSTORY:  To put it simply — Vincent grew up with a strange set of parents.
The "incident" isn't something he likes to talk about, but will own up to. He lost control while as a full dragon and caused some major damage that almost got him fired as a hero. He had to be taken down and ended up being hospitalized for a year.
