At a mere 5'7, Elias looks about as threatening as a doctor can be. Sure, the deep frown and bags under his eyes may deter any attackers, but that's really it. Elias is almost pale from the lack of exposure to sunlight, but luckily hasn't reached that point yet. On a good day, he'll put effort into styling his hair, other days he rocks a "bedroom" look which is messy hair and even more bags under blue eyes. His field is in medicine, not fighting — so Elias isn't physically strong. His strength lies within his lithe body, his flexibility and quick reflexes make him especially great at getaway.

To briefly describe Elias — imagine you have a cat that desperately wanted to nap but had to deal with an infestation of rats. The cat seems well put together throughout the ordeal, but the mere look in its eyes tell all.
Elias is tired - so very tired. He wished he studied in something else, becoming a doctor was probably the ( best ) worst mistake he ever made. The constant whining and number of injured leaves Elias with about twelve (12) minutes to rest. He's exhausted and the way he sways a little when standing shows it, but he powers through it for the mafia✨.
Elias keeps himself together — for the most part. He's well enough to get his job done, and do it well too. The only thing he doesn't have is proper manners, any constant nagging or whining is bound to get a smart comment from Elias. He has no time to worry about feelings when people's lives are on the line.
