"Be careful! You know dad doesn't like us using our powers."

"Relax, I'm always careful!!!"

"But what if you loose control?!?"

"It'll be fine!

Trust me!"

I woke up normally today, no brother to scare me awake. I took a shower and got dressed in some ripped jeans, a
(f/c) tank top and a jean jacket with black converse. Of course I tied my hair in my usual ponytail and went downstairs.

Strangely, Luke was still in bed, he came back pretty late from the date last night.

I made myself some breakfast and ate while watching tv. As I start to clean my plate I look at my hands. I had gone better at controlling my powers, maybe I could practice a bit.

I closed my eyes and closed my hands together as I took deep breathes. I feel the palms of my hands heat up, but I separated my hands and open my eyes when I hear footsteps coming downstairs.

Luke: *yawn* Morning, (y).

You: Good morning. How was your date yesterday?

Luke: It was really amazing! First we went to eat at the diner, then we saw a movie, and after that we walked through town. And when I walked her home, she kissed my cheek before entering her house. We're going on a second date in a couple of days.

You: Wow, only a week and you've already found yourself a girlfriend.

Luke: Yep! And I see you're already dressed for later~?

You: Well, yeah, I mean we're leaving in half an hour, you should get dressed.

Luke: See ya in a few then! *runs upstairs*

Maybe I should practice some other time.

Once Luke got ready we made our way to the Mystery Shack. When we got there, Mabel immediately hugged my brother, and I let out a chuckle at the sight. Dipper gave me a smile and I smiled back.

A few hours passed. The whole time I was just starring at my hands, thinking of the conversation Luke and I had yesterday, and what happened all those years ago... My train of thought was broken when I felt a tap on my shoulder.

You: Huh? Uh, hey Dipper.

Dipper: Hey, are you ok? You seem kinda... distracted.

You: Oh! Y-yeah, yeah, I'm fine, just thinking.

Dipper: May I ask what about?

You: ... Just ... stuff. Random unimportant stuff, heh.

Dipper: B-

You: Hey, look at the time!!! Aren't we gonna go exploring like we said yesterday?!?

Dipper: Uh, yeah, right. I'll go get Mabel.

You: I'll get Luke.

And with that Dipper left to find his sister. I stood there for a couple of seconds before going off to find Luke. He was with his phone at the time so I had to drag him outside. A couple of seconds later, Dipper and Mabel came out.

Mabel: Wooooo, I'm so excited!!!!!! We haven't had exploring buddies in so long!!!!!!

Luke: Me too, we haven't gone exploring in forever!!!

Mabel: *grabs Luke's wrist* Let's go!!!!!!! *runs off with Luke*

Dipper: Mabel, wait for us!!!!

You: C'mon, if we hurry we'll catch up! *run after Mabel and Luke*

Dipper: *groans and runs after you*

Once we caught up to Mabel and Luke we all walked deeper into the woods.

Dipper and Mabel told us all about their adventures when they were twelve and first arrived at Gravity Falls, from the gnomes they first encountered to a demon dorito called Bill Cipher who started the apocalypse called Weirdmageddon. I was super intrigued at all their stories, and I could tell Luke was too.

They also told us about their Grunkle Ford's journals which were destroyed during the apocalypse, and ever since then Dipper has made his own series of journals with his great uncle's help.

As they talked I started hearing rustling in the bushes. I turned to face it but saw nothing, so I continued to walk.

I heard it again, this time closer. I looked over at my brother and the twins who were now a bit farther from me, then walk closer to the bush.

A gush of some blue dust landed on my face making me let out a sneeze. I shook my head and looked at the bush, there was nothing there.

I started making my way back to the others when my vision became a bit... odd. It was blurry and wobbly, making me feel dizzy. So dizzy that it was difficult for me to walk! I tripped on my own feel and began to fall, then it was nothing but darkness.
