I may end up being known as the Sulay writer but hey that's okay with me. I was working on Royal Temptations when those idea popped into my head and wouldn't get out.

Right now I'm testing the waters to see what everyone thinks. The name and cover are temporary, unless it really sticks for some reason. But I wanted you all to see this.

Junmyeon's POV

~two years previous~

"Come on, come on," I urged quietly, herding Baekhyun, Kyungsoo, and Sehun ahead of me. "We're going to miss it if we keep stalling."

"Are you sure this is a good idea?" Kyungsoo asked me, gazing around at the decaying buildings. "Especially with Hunnie along?" Now, usually I wasn't one for dragging a twelve year old through a semi abandoned part of town, but Baekhyun was babysitting his step brother tonight, and I wasn't about to miss a performance for the first time ever since discovering the underground dance crew.

"It'll be fine," I assured. "He's tall enough that he could pass for someone our age anyway." I turned to Sehun. "Stick close to us, okay? If we lose you down there, your mother is going to kill us." He nodded wordlessly. He was a kid of few words, but I also knew he was intelligent. "Also, put these on," I told my friends, handing out masks and beanies. They obliged. "I don't want someone to say they saw us here tonight."

"Which still leads me to believe this is a bad idea," Kyungsoo said, voice slightly muffled by his mask. But I ignored him, large in part because I knew where we were. I motioned them down a set of stairs, following behind once they all shuffled passed. The booming music bounced off the walls almost as soon as my head disappeared from the surface, and the sound of chatter and laughter filled my ears. There was also the strong smell of alcohol, as a lot of kids smuggled it down here on Saturday nights. Graffiti decorated every available space on the walls, and someone long ago strung small stage lights along the ceiling. It seemed the crew was taking a small break, accepting bottled water from the hoards of fans. Someone has brought down a small table and loaded it with snacks tonight.

"You know them all, don't you?" Baekhyun asked, looking around. I nodded. I did know them. At least, I knew everyone's names.

There was Luhan, the Chinese exchange student who excelled at contemporary dancing. There was also talk that he had backgrounds in ballet and idol style dancing. Nonetheless, he was very pretty to watch. He'd quickly become very popular amongst the fans. Tonight he sported a black long sleeved shirt and jeans, his hair dyed silver, something that was different from last week.

There was J-hope, who rocked the hip-hop style of dancing. He'd joined at the very beginning when the crew first formed. He was one part of the original crew. He also amassed a small amount of followers. He was popular with the older girls for his mature look but also his sunshiney personality. Tonight, however, strangely, he seemed to be in flannel pajama bottoms and a large white shirt. But hey, he could rock any style.

There was Kai, who, damn, could move his body in ways that made me jealous. That made everyone jealous. He had all the beauty and grace and power packed into a six foot frame. Kai was a very obvious stage name, but since he wanted to hide his identity, no one ever pushed him about it. Right now he was wearing all black with a cap pulled low on his head, only his eyes peeking out. He was exceptionally powerful, and his dancing captivated the dozens of people who flocked here every weekend to watch the man in action.

There was Jimin, a boy a bit on the short side (and yes I was aware of the irony of that considering I was one of the shortest people in my class) who honestly made ballet and contemporary dancing look like an art form. There was talk he, too, dabbled in idol style dancing. Looking at him, I could believe it. He was talented and graceful enough for it. Jimin's outfit of choice tonight was a black and white striped shirt that no doubt came up as he danced and black jeans. The man was beautiful. And his close to a million YouTube subscribers thought so too (he was one of the only few who posted dance covers online).
