"Ms. Maximoff!?"
I wake up in sweat from the voice that seemed to real to be part of the dream. "W-What.." when I open my eyes I see the red android, through my wall....
"GAHH!!"
I yelled in a panic, who wouldn't when there's someone not only in your room but through your FUCKING wall!!
"Eh..." Vision phases through the wall and became solid, landing onto the ground. "I'm sorry if I suprised you a little.."
A bit?! I wanted to yell, but I fell too tired to bring down my reign onto him. "Its alright Vision, next time just use the door." I rub my temples.
"Of course, Mr. Rogers wanted you to join the rest of the team for breakfast." His synthetic voice spoke out. I groan in response pulling myself away from the sheets.
"Do I have to?"
"It is important to start the day with a healthy breakfast, the average calorie consumed by women should be about 2000 calories per day. Your blood sugar is very low, I suggest eating more dairy in your diet, there is some milk in the fridge."
I stare at him blankly, I just woke up from a horrible dream and now I'm being lectured about my health. A nightmare #2.
"Ok ok ok ok, let me just change." I yawned.
"I understand." He says still sitting on the side of my bed.
"Vision.."
"Yes Miss. Maximoff?"
I groan, "Vision, humans don't feel comfortable being naked around other people.."
"Really? Well that explains why Mr. Rogers screamed when I popped through the shower." Vision says, I almost laugh imagining Captain's face.
"Humans are such confusing creatures.." Then he turns to me, "Thank you Miss. Maximoff I always learn more about them when I'm with you.."
I smiled "No problem and just call me Wanda. The whole Miss title sounds so offical.."
"Wan-da.." Vision whispers. "Yes, of course what a lovely name. Anyways I'll be outside if you need me. I do hope you enjoy what the Avengers have to offer." He smiles and uses the door to exit.
I sighed, why did the last part of his sentence seem more than just breakfast. I shrugged, whatever.
When I walked out of my room, the smell of cooked bacon hit me. It smelled so delcious and the sizzling of the pancakes, with laughter in the background made the atmosphere jolly and light.
I crept behind the wall. "Maybe if I just snag a piece of bacon real quick then retreat to my room.... nobody so notice me.."
"Hey Wanda!!"
"Fuck.."
I stepped away from the wall and all eyes were on me. Natasha was the one that called me out, well she probably wanted to get me out of my shell or something.
"C'mon, I have a seat saved for you." She pats on the high chair next to her.
I sat down and looked at the many food, was it shining? I rubbed my eyes, it was!!
Pietro would've loved all this. I flinch from the dream last night. My appetite suddenly dropped. "I'll just uh... get a glass of milk."
"Aw man, it was Vision wasn't it..." The voice belonged to the billionaire Stark, he stabbed his fork into a piece of egg. "I took one piece of bacon and he called me fat.."
"He said, you were a bit above the average weight of a man." Steve replied.
"Basically saying, I'm fat.." chewing on the rest of his food.
"Where is Vision anyways?" A new man said. I didnt recognize him, he was just eating a bowl of cereal.
"Vision's an andriod, he doesn't eat." Tony responds his mouth full with food.
Nat smiles at me, "Speaking of which did you return his cape."
"What cape?" Clint comes in taking the toast in the middle of the table.
"Anyways.." I coughed, cutting the conversation to an end. "Uh, who are you?" I look at the man eating his cereal.
He looked up and smiled
"The name's Sam, the Falcon one, yours?"
"Wanda... Wanda Maximoff.." I responded.
"Meh, got another name?"
"Another name?"
"Yeah, y'know like a superhero name!!"
"A superhero name..."
I whisper under my breath. I always thought the idea of a superhero name was pretty stupid. "I've never thought of one..."
"Wanda, just moved in with us... She helped us out in defeating Ultron.." Nat brushes my hair. "She never really had time not only that it's only if she wants to join us."
Everyone looks at us.
"Well kid? Wanna be an Avenger?"
Most people would yell yes, who wouldn't want to work to save the world along side famous heroes and earth's mightiest heroes!!
But I did it, for someone else. To make sure their sacrifice meant something.
"Sure..."
