Hiccups Pov

The looks on their faces when I said that I was the dragon whisperer almost made me laugh but I knew that they would not like me the only person on Berk who knows who I am is Gothi she always knew, no idea how. But I now needed to get off the island I was going to tell Toothless that we needed to go but got interrupted when Astrid said something "What is your dragon doing and can you tell him to stop and let me go?" She asked I said "he is giving you a hug...somewhat and I will in a minute after I ask you a question why did you shoot me down and why are you not trying to kill me right now?"

Astrids Pov

I was shocked when he asked the questions but I answered them anyway " Stoick’s son was killed by a Night Fury that is why we shot you down and the reason we are not trying to kill you is because is we did try your dragon would probably kill me" "he won't do that any way Toothless and I will take our leave if you will" the dragon whisperer said and at that the dragon got off me went in front of the man sat down and started growling at him and he started growling back.

Hiccups Pov

Toothless walked up to me and said " why cannot we stay for a little while we can sleep in the cove and you can try to teach the Berkians that the dragons are misunderstood creatures" "ok but if they make a wrong move then we are out of here and we will be going home as fast as we can" and at that I started telling them what Toothless told me and asked them if they wanted to change their ways. That is when Stoick decided to speak up "I will never make friends with those beasts they killed my son Hiccup." "Hiccup, Hiccup, Hiccup why does that name sound familiar... Oh that's right you're talking about Hiccup Horrendous Haddick III right" I was about to continue but I got interrupted "You know who he is" Stoick said "yes I do now if you let me continue, I was going to say that he was not killed by a Night Fury but he was taken and the Night Fury brought him to me and before you ask yes, he is ok, he is actually living with dragons happily and said that the only reason he will ever come back is if you can make peace and friends with dragons." I said that shocked everybody. But that did not seem to convince Stoick so I gave him a letter saying that Hiccup told me to give this to you if I ever ran into you. He read it aloud

Dear Dad

If you are reading this than you have meet the dragon whisperer and that you did not believe his words I am living with dragons and I will only come back if you make peace and friends with dragons.
