Sharon's POV

I can't believe it! Darcy managed to score a dance with him and I couldn't? Damn, wish I was as confident as she was. Dang it, where's Bobbi? She called us here for some 'big' news. She never has any big news so this should be good. Maybe today should be the day I tell them. Maybe I should tell them I'm the niece of Agent Carter. She was our role model after all. We all look up to her and to this day, I still use the thigh holster she bought me. I wonder how she and Uncle Sousa are doing.

"HEY!" Bobbi slammed her food tray on the table, startling me. "Okay, you guys really ready?" We all rolled our eyes.

"Just tell us," May said. She talks more nowadays. Good thing too, I was starting to think she wants to kill us.

"Okay, me and Clint are together," Wait, What?! Bobbi is with future Avenger, Clint Barton? When did this happen? How did this happen?

"Not surprised," May said. Just sucking the fun out of everything. I always thought it'd be Clint and Natasha. Oh well Clintasha shippers in school.

"How did you know? Natasha is the only one who knew," Bobbi asked. "She found out accidentally," she told Maria. That explains that, but what about May? Is she stalking Bobbi? Seems a little low.

"I've known ever since the sleepover," May answered. Have Bobbi and Clint been dating that long.

"Oh, I see," Bobbi seems to know what May's talking about. Maria just has a smile on her face. Kinda weird. She's the strict rule enforcer of the group.

"So how long have you been together?" I asked.

"Just last night actually," what? They hooked up on Valentine's Day? That's so romantic. If Steve could... no, Sharon! Be happy for your friend.

"See, Nat? I told you that something good was gonna come out of the dance and it did. It was a success, thanks to the extra hands and our little Bobbi here found herself a man. Who else knows? Besides Clint, I mean?" Maria asked.

"Just you guys and I need it to stay that way. Clint and I have this idea to have our own little love nest without everyone at school hoarding me over dating a future Avenger," we all aww'd at how cute she thinks that is. Maybe I should tell them the truth about me. All this time and they don't even know my last name.

"I have something to say too," I spoke up. They all looked at me.

"What is it?" Maria asked.

"I'm... I'm...,"

"You want help hooking up with Steve?" Natasha teased.

"No! Stop with that," I replied.

"Sharon, what is it? I'm getting worried," Bobbi said.

"I'm... related to Agent Carter," there, I finally said it.

"How related?" Natasha asked.

"I'm... her great-niece," I told them. Their eyes widened and their jaws dropped. First time I've seen May shocked.

"What?! Why didn't you tell us before?" Bobbi asked.

"I don't know. I guess I was worried you'd only want to be my friends because I'm relatives with a former Avenger so I kept quiet about it," the nodded their heads. "You don't understand. I have the Carter name so I feel like something big is expected of me and I try to impress as many people as I can..." it didn't occur to me that tears started rolling down my face as I was rambling.

"Aww, you poor thing," Bobbi came over to comfort me.

"I just wanted to break away from the Carter identity and become my own thing without someone looking at me and going 'there's Peggy Carter's niece', hope you guys understand and aren't mad," I finished off the rest of me sentence.

"Mad? What are you talking about? That's the coolest thing ever," Bobbi said.

"You're probably right about the 'friends because of your aunt thing'," Maria punched Natasha in the arm. "Ow!"

"So that technically makes you what? 'Agent Carter The Second'?" Maria asked.

"Thanks, but I'll just stick with Agent 13. And you guys have to promise not to tell anyone," I told them. They all nodded their heads.

"May? Anything to say?" I asked her. She's awfully quiet about this whole thing.

""I think you surprised the heck out of May, Sharon," Natasha teased. We all laughed until May broke out of whatever trance she was under and 'laughed' along with us.

"What about Steve? Isn't it kinda weird that him and your aunt had a fling," Damn it!

"The heart wants what it wants, Natasha. She's married and I'll probably be over him in a few weeks anyway," I told her.

~A little while later~

I stepped outside into the campus, took out my phone and called Aunt Peggy. She picked up.

"Sharon, sweetie. Hi, how's school?" She asked.

"Hi, Aunt Peggy. It's fine, it's all good. How's Uncle Sousa?" I told her.

"Stubborn as usual. Not taking his medication. I'm afraid one of these days will be his last," she sounds worried.

"The spend them like they're his last. Make every moment count from now on," I told her. Uncle Sousa has been sick for a while now and Aunt Peggy has been stressing about it.

"I will. Now, you didn't call me to ask how I was just doing. Why did you call me, Sharon? Any trouble there?" She asked me. She always knew what was up with me.

"I told them, Aunt Peggy,"

"And how did they take it?"

"They still love me the same,"
