Natasha's POV

Man, even after a few days, I still can't believe it. Clint took Bobbi to the dance? I'm sitting here hanging with May and Maria. I wonder where Sharon is. Probably didn't show up to the dance. That and the fact that we're sitting with Cap is not helping her situation at all. Even Tony got a date with Pepper, I do not know how she is able to put up with him. Bobbi just walked into the room with one fine-ass dress. Seems overdressed, considering she's just going with Clint to this dance as a friend.

"Having fun?" Maria asked.

"Don't know. I got no date so yeah, I'm having fun," I sarcastically answered.

"Well, I'm gonna check if everyone is having fun since you're being moody," she got up and walked off. Man, music is real loud in here and judging by the look on Cap's face, he wants to listen to none of it.

"Having fun, May?" I traded.

"Having fun," hmm, that sounds like sarcasm. She got up and walked off. After all this time with her, I still can't tell whether she likes me or not. I turned to face Cap.

"Not having much fun either, huh?" I said to him.

"Let's just say parties aren't my thing anymore," he replied. I heard about him and Agent Carter but I don't know the seriousness between them.

"Looks like it's you and me for the rest of the night, brother. Cheers to that!" I held out my punch to him, we toasted and then we drank. I spent the next few hours getting to know him a little bit and it was actually kinda fun. After that, it was just silent until I saw Clint and Bobbi walking out of the room. "Hey Steve, I gotta go... check something out," I heard him say something but I'm in too much of a rush to hear him. I got out of the room and saw the take the school's main entrance outside.

Clint's POV

This is it. I'm gonna tell Bobbi that she was the only thing on my mind for the last few days and ask her to be my girlfriend. No chickening out this time. What if she says no? Relax, Clint. Cap said you never know till you try. Give her a reason not to say no. I can't even take my eyes off the red dress she's wearing tonight. Midnight, moon in sight with stars. Exactly how I planned it. We both sat down on the grass to look at the stars for a while.

"There's something I gotta tell you!" We both yelled at the same time. We then laughed. There's just something about her smile.

"You go first," I told her.

"No, no. You first,"

"You first, please, I insist,"

"Fine," I took a deep breath. "Bobbi," I held her hand on the grass. "Ever since the Liberty Island Mission, I cant stop thinking about you. I can't get you out of my head. I can't stop dreaming about you. I never expected it but... I think... I think..." she smiled. Is that good? I took another deep breath. "Will you be my girlfriend?" I did it! Now I hope she doesn't say no.

"Ahh!" She got up and screamed. I slowly stood up. Time for rejection. "Yes, Clint! Yes!" Wait, What?

"What was that?" Just gotta make sure I heard this correctly. She put her hands around my neck and got closer to me.

"I said yes," we The now shared an exuberant kiss. This feels good. I grabbed her and pulled her  hard against my body. A kiss in the moonlight. Good job, Clint.

"What the fuck!" We pulled away from each other and saw Nat standing the with her jaw dropped.

"How long have you been standing there?" Bobbi asked her.

"Just when you two decided to kiss... I never... What?" She's in shock, all right. "When did this happen?" She asked.

"The feelings or 'this'?" I asked her.
