One fine morning, Lucy was doing her daily routines of tending her gardens. She was getting bored by reading too many books. Natsu was out way early in the morning. She heard his car engine almost 6 in the morning.

That was when she heard two voices of children.

"Natsu-nii is not here again," a boy and a girl. "But he promised me to play with us today," Lucy could clearly hear their complains. Curious, she stared at the two figures in front of Natsu's gate. The raven-haired boy realized this and waved at her. The long blue-haired girl also did the same. She smiled back waving politely.

"If you're looking for Natsu, I don't think he's home," Lucy said. Both children pouted and started to whine. And Lucy smile widened as she thought they're cute.

"Are you our new neighbor? You're so pretty," the girl said, causing Lucy's face to blush pretty redly. "Oh right! Do you guys want to come in? I'll bring out some cake," Erza stored a lot of cakes and Lucy was sure she wouldn't mind. She'll compensate her later.

The pair entered with a bright smile plastered on their young faces. Meanwhile, she moved inside, to prepare snacks for them. She sat with them a few minutes letter, with few slices of strawberry cake and iced tea.

"My name is Romeo, this is Wendy," they introduced themselves politely. "I'm Lucy Heartfilia," she replied. They get along really well. They're from the orphanage nearby. Both 14 years old. Romeo's aren't actually an orphan, he still has his parent.

He just fond of that place, meanwhile, Wendy is. But looking at the cheerful little girl, she couldn't detect any sorrow at all. They look happy and content even. Looks like the orphanage treats them well.

"How did you guys know Natsu?" she asked. "Well, Natsu-nii always visited us, he brought foods and presents too!" Romeo is enthusiastic every time they talked about Natsu. Lucy noticed that he took Natsu as an idol.

"Besides he owns the orphanage, so of course we like him!"Romeo boasted. Lucy was shocked slightly, Natsu doesn't look like he's a rich type of guy.

"He owns this housing residential too," Wendy said politely with a smile. On that news, Lucy choked on her drink. Coughing loudly

"W-what?!He's loaded then?!" Romeo grinned, nodding. "Yup he is, but Natsu-nii is still kind," clearing her throat Lucy laughed awkwardly. So Natsu is crazy loaded and he is the owner...that's quite hard to believe.

Yeah...she couldn't find it in herself to believe that.

"He doesn't look like he's rich at all..."Lucy mumbled. "He might not look like it. But it is true." Wendy added.

"Oh! Lucy-nee, did you know? There's a carnival in our town soon!"

"You should go! There's a lot of food and games. Also the Fairy Parade tomorrow night!" Wendy brightened up clapping her hands. "That's right! The fairy parade!" she continued what Romeo said.

"The parade will be held once every two years only. It was very special as it was the tradition of our town. You should be there Lucy-san. It was beautiful and memorable. I bet you will love it!"

That night

"Tomorrow night?"

"Fairy Parade?" Erza inquired again, she seemed serious in thought but Lucy can see that little excitement sparkling in her eyes.

"Yes! If you guys are free then we can go there together. Pretty please~" she coaxed battering her eyelashes and trying her puppy face.

"Juvia wants to go to if everyone goes!" Juvia was quick to agree. "It seemed fun," she added. "Yes! Oh, come on Erza! No one will recognize us here. Besides its the three of us. It will surely be safe," but the redhead seemed too cautious.

"Oh and there's a special strawberry shortcake on sale too they said! It's extremely rare to find."

Consider all done! Lucy smirked to herself. Erza eyes started to shine with excitement on the mention of cake. "I guess short sightseeing won't hurt," said the sweet-tooth redhead.

"Yayy!" both the blonde and teal haired girls clapped their hands together.
