Dr. Strange based quirk:
teleportation: you can create portals
draw back: you can't hold them for a very long time (max. 10 minutes) and you can only make one at a time.
astral protection: you can separate your astral form from your body at will with a time limit of 20 minutes.
drawback: your physical body can still take damage.
time manipulation: you can control the time on an specific object; for example if you were to use it on a person you can control their age or fasten up their healing.
Drawback: you can only use it on one object and it causes headaches.

Drawback: you need a mayor concentration to create them and you need to stay focused to keep them so if you unconcentrate they disappear and you can only use one at a time.
Deadpool based quirk: super regeneration drawback: it uses stamina like recovery girl so the amount increases depending on the injury.

Rocket based quirk: you shape shift into a raccoon and increases your intelligence.
