False Alarm

Alison pov

I screamed as I woke up. I had never felt so much pain in all of my life. Emily shot up out of bed and the next thing I knew Jason and my dad came running into my bedroom.

"Ali?" Jason ran over to me.

I couldn't move. Emily took both of my hands.

"Ali is it the baby?"

"I--I think so."

"I'll get the car. Jason, Emily get Alison and her bag down to the car."

Emily's face went white as a ghost. The fact she looked so scared was scaring me. Jason helped me out of bed. Emily didn't move.

"Emily come on get her bag." Jason put my arm over her shoulder and helped me out of my bedroom and down the stairs. Emily trailed behind us. I cried with pain all the way down the porch to the car. Emily climbed in beside me and Jason sat in the passenger seat. I took Emily's hand and she kissed it. As my dad drove half way down the street the pain stopped. I looked over at Emily.

"Whats wrong?" She looked so scared and concerned.

I kissed her and I didn't want to stop but I had to.

"The pain stopped."

Everyone in the car gave out a sigh.

"Are you sure?" My dad stopped the car.

"Yes just there. It stopped."

"God Ali you gave me a heart attack." Jason relaxed in the seat.

"Sorry."

My dad turned the car around and headed back to the house.

"It's okay." Emily put her arms around me and pulled me in to her.

I had been such a bitch lately I don't know why she had even stuck around.

When we got back to the house Emily helped me back upstairs.

When we got to my bedroom I went into my bag I left beside my bed.

"What are you doing?" Emily began to walk over.

"No you stop there and sit." I searched through my bag and eventually found it.

I smiled as I pulled it out of the small box. I sat down beside Emily and took her left hand.

"Close your eyes."

When she closed her eyes I slid on the ring, I had Hanna pick up for me, on to her finger.

"What is this?" She opened her eyes and looked down at her hand.

"I thought you should have one too."

Her face lit up and she took my hand.

"I love you so much."

I didn't even get the chance to say it back before I knew it her lips were attached to mine.

I pulled away to get some air. We moved up to the top of the bed and Emily wrapped her arms around me.

"Baby you know if you get too scared just hold me tight." Emily placed both of her hands in my stomach. The baby began to kick and Emily giggled.

I smiled at the thought of the baby knowing who was touching my stomach.
