Emily pov
I couldn't believe how fast time was going. Alison was due in just three and half weeks. For the last two weeks all she had done is eat and sleep. Her stomach still wasn't huge but it was neat.
I checked the time. 15:30. I kissed Alison's stomach then her lips.
"Time to get up sleepyhead. You have a scan today."
Alison moaned keeping her eyes completely closed.
"Come on baby you need to get something to eat aswell." I kissed down her neck.
"Stop it." Alison said pushing me away.
She was getting really cranky lately.
"Alison get up." Jason came in the bedroom opening the curtains.
Alison rubbed her eyes and frowned.
"What time is it?" She sat up slowly.
"Time for you to get up." Jason left the room shutting the door behind.
I took Alison's left hand and kissed the ring on her finger.
"Are we ever going to set a date?" She looked so moody.
"I thought you wanted to wait until after the baby was born."
"I do I just thought you would want to set a date I mean we know when the baby is due."
"Well we will set a date next week okay."
"Fine."
"Good now get your ass down stairs. We need to get you to the doctors."
Alison sighed and climbed out of bed.
Her dad was down stairs sitting when I eventually got Alison to get dressed.
"Dad we are going to the doctors."
"Do you want to come?" I asked hoping he would say yes.
"No I'm fine. I'll see the sonogram when you two get back."
Jason walked in. "Dad you should go it will be good for both you and Ali."
"Jason I don't want to go okay and I don't need to go because you think I should."
"Fine." Jason shrugged and went in the kitchen.
I turned to see tears running down Alison's face. I wrapped my arms around her.
"Okay fine I'll come." I was pretty sure he changed his mind because of Alison's crying.
Alison pov
It made feel so much better that my dad was coming to the scan because that meant he was getting his head around it. I knew that once he seen the baby on the screen that it would help him accept it, I just didn't think he would ever come.
