School?

Alison pov

I waited in Emily's car as she dropped Emilia off at her mom's house. I tapped my feet as the nerves grew in my stomach. I began to feel sick as Emily walked back up to the car and got in.

"You ready for your first day back?" She asked.

I shook my head and stared straight ahead. I didn't know how everyone was going to react to me being back at school or how they would treat me. I couldn't handle all of the questions that would be thrown at me. Emily cupped my face with her hands and turned my face towards her so I was staring at her.

"You are going to be fine. I promise. I will be with you the whole time and so will Aria, Hanna and Spencer." She smiled then gave me a quick kiss.

Emily pov

As I pulled up to the school I could see the fear and worry in Alison's face. I parked the car and Alison just stared out of the window. I put my hand on top of hers and used my other hand to undo her seatbelt. I undone mine and Alison climbed on to my lap. She laid her head on my shoulder and placed both her hands on my body.

"I don't think I can do this Em lets just go home."

"Yes you can you've been through a lot worse."

"I can't I'm... I'm worried about Emi."

"No you're not. Now move." I moved and Alison climbed back on to the passenger seat.

I got out the car but Alison didnt move.

"Alison come on we are going to be late."

She shook her head. I looked around and seen Hanna, Aria and Spencer coming towards me.

"What's wrong with her?" Spencer asked.

"She's nervous and she won't come out the car." I looked back at Alison who was watching us. "Ali come on."

"Give me a minute and I'll speak to her," Aria climbed into the driver seat.

I watched as she spoke to Alison for a minute then Alison nodded. They both climbed out of the car and Aria smiled.

"What did you say to her?"

"I just said I would drive her to see Emilia at lunch."

I didn't know why I didn't think of that. I took Alison's hand and we walked towards the school entrance.

Alison pov

I could feel everyones eyes on me as the whispered to their friends. I held my head high and tried my best to hide my nerves. At the back of my mind I kept thinking it was possible that one of these people could be A. Mona and Lucas were standing together right at the door. I smirked at them and Mona began to whisper in Lucas' ear. As we walked down the hallway everyone stopped what they were doing and stared at the five of us as walked in a line down the corridor. Anyone that was in our way ran out of the way. It made me feel like I did at school before I left and it felt good. We stopped outside the girls bathroom.

"What is your first class Ali?" Spencer asked.

"Uh I'm to go to see the councilor."

"I'm going that way so I'll walk you." Aria smiled.

"Okay well we all better get to class." Emily moved towards me to give me a kiss and I pulled away as I seen everyone staring.

"Before you go can you please not forget about dress shopping after school." Hanna smiled.

"We should go." I grabbed Aria's arm and began walking away.

I couldn't look back to Emily because I knew she would be hurt and I don't know why I done that. I felt like the worst person in the entire world. I knew Emily would be hurting all day until I seen her and tried to make it better, even though I had no idea how I was going to do that.
