Hospital Bound

Emily pov

When I got to the hospital Alison was lying in the bed still unconscious. Her leg was in a cast and her perfect angelic face was bruised. Tear were running down my face as I entered the room. Jason was standing at the foot of her bed. My eyes were stinging from all the crying o had done. I hadn't stopped since I seen the note she left and got the phone call from Jason.

"How is she?" I stuttered.

"She's doing okay. Broken leg, some bruising and concussion."

"Has she woken yet? Is the baby okay?"

"No not yet and the baby is fine. Look I'm going to go call my dad again he is away for some work. I'll call the cops again they're trying to find the maniac that done this. Keep an eye on her."

"Of course."

As soon as Jason left Spencer, Hanna and Aria came rushing in.

"What happened? Is she okay?" Spencer looked like she just drank three cups of coffee.

"She's okay."

"What about the baby?" Hanna was obviously just out her bed and she wasn't trying to hide it.

"The baby is fine. Just waiting on her to wake up."

Hanna and Aria hugged me and I held back my tears.

"It was A. She was going to meet A and..." My voice broke and Aria hugged me again.

A nurse came in with a clipboard. 

"Sorry you cant all be in here." The nurse began taking notes from the machines that were attached to Alison.

"We will go. Text us when she wakes up."

"I will. Promise." I gave them all a goodbye hug and they left.

The nurse left seconds later. I sat down on the chair next to Alison's bed and I took her hand.

"Ali please wake up. Please. I need you." I cried. Tears began to spill over my eyes and ran down my face.

"Ali please come back to me." I kissed her hand. "I love you."

Alison pov

I could hear Emily's voice and I want to shout I'm here I'm not going anywhere, I love you but nothing came out. I couldn't move. I pushed myself, willing myself to open my eyes and I did. I could feel them slowly open. The room was so white and bright. I turned my head slowly and there she was. Emily my beautiful girlfriend. She was holding my hand and was crying into the side of the bed.

"Ali I love you please wake up."

"I love you too." I managed get it out.

Emily's head shot up and I smile spread across her face. Such a beautiful smile she had.

"Oh Ali." She leaned over and kissed me.

It hurt but I didn't mind.

"You're going to be okay just a broken leg and some bruising. You're going to be just fine." Emily smiled and kissed me again.

I smiled back then I remembered.  The baby. 

"The baby?"

"Is absolutely fine. He or she is obviously just as strong as their mommy."

I could feel the relief rush over my body.

"Dad?"

He's on his way Jason called him and he's getting the next flight from new york. Ali I'm so glad you're okay but what were you thinking."

I could feel tears begin to run down my face.  I just wanted her to hold me.

"Ali I can't believe you done that. How could you have been so stupid? A wasn't just going to give themself up."

I could see how angry Emily was with me and my heart broke.

"Em, hold me please." My cry became hysteric.

She Lay down on the bed beside me and wrapped her arms around me. I rested my head on her chest and knew I was safe again.

Emily pov

Once Alison fell asleep again I stepped outside to call the girls to let them know she was awake. I got my phone out but didn't need to call they were all sitting outside the room waiting. Jason was sitting across from them on his phone.

"I thought you were all leaving."

"We couldn't." Aria spoke quietly.

"How is she? Is she awake?" Hanna was scoffing down a cake.

"She awake and she's fine."

As soon as Jason heard he jumped out of his seat and went into the room. I sat down with the girls.

"I want to show you something." I searched around my bag for the sonogram.

I pulled it out and handed it to Spencer.

"Is that Alison's?" Spencer handed it to Aria

"Yes she got me a copy too."

"Really?" Aria handed it to Hanna.

"It looks like a big peanut." Hanna giggled.

" I guess it does a little."

Hanna handed it back to me and I put it back into my bag.

"Em we are happy but we are just worried about you." Aria looked at me concerned.

"I'm fine. I'm happy so I wish you would stop worrying." I stood back up. "I should go back. I don't want her to wake up without me there."

As I walkd back to the room I looked back and they were all huddled around speaking. I knew they would get used to the idea of Ali and I.
