Emerson's POV
Feeling someone grab my arm I saw Lily. She pushed her face into my chest and I felt warm tears go through my shirt. What was wrong?
"What's wrong?"
I looked up at Seven with a concerned expression plastered on his face.
When she didn't answer I lifted her onto my hip like a little kid. The guys in the room where pretty quiet now. They had been shouting but now they were just whispering and staring.
I walked up to my bedroom with Seven following. I sat down with Lily still clinging to me. Seven sunk down in my big beanbag bed.
"What wrong with her,"I asked him.
"Not sure. I found her wondering around I think trying to find you, but I brought her to you and she like sprinted to you. Then Liam the disgusting pig grabbed her before she made it across the room. He was all like,'Hey baby I wanna fuck you come with me.' Well I paraphrased a little but she ripped her arm away from him and grabbed you, started crying."
Seven concluded by turning the TV on.
Lily curled into me and I gently put my arms around her. While she cried she didn't let go of me. If this was all because of Liam I'd kill him for upsetting my mate. Finally she sniffled a bit then looked up at me with red puffy eyes.
Her finger pointed to something on my desk. Looking over there was a small notepad and pen. I grabbed it handing it to her,"Thank you."
I smiled at her nodding then I got an idea so shed talk to me.
Picking up the other one I wrote,"I'll talk when you talk from now on we write"
Huffing she folded her arms. I did the same. Then she wrote, "Okay but you're gonna be doing it 4 a while."
I nodded and then she got off the bed.
"My family doesn't know where I am."
I at least wanted her to stay for one day so I wrote, "I'll drive you home tomorrow morning."
With a slight nod she walked over to my book shelf. She let her finger tips run along the spines. She walked around my room looking at everything. She picked up my guitar and sat down. She strummed it lightly and I saw a tear fall down her face.
Walking over to her and squatted, "If you really want to go home I'll take you back now," I whispered.
"Its not that," she wrote
Then what was she upset about. Again she strummed the guitar and with a frustrated look thrust it into my hands.
She watched me carefully.
"You want me to play you a song I'm pretty good," I said. She shook her head no like she always did pushing a piece of loose hair behind her ear.
"I'm gonna play you a song anyways so you can hear what your missing,"I told her strumming the guitar.
She grabbed the pad and wrote furiously as I played. Thrusting it in my face I closed my eyes waiting for her to tell me to stop with her words. I could here the flapping of paper and her shoving me. I almost feel over once.
Then I heard the weirdest stop ever. It was like a strangled cry. It sounded like someone who didn't know how to speak. Opening my eyes I saw an angry and very frazzled, upset Lily.
Putting down the guitar I put my hand out but she backed away and went to my book shelf. She had tears that looked like they would fall any minute. She pulled out a book and tried to ignore me.
