Chapter 23 - Forgiveness

"What the fuck happened in here Anna?" he says angrily, but with a worried look on his face. Oh God, shit is about to go down. 

"Logan just calm down, it's fine, nobody was hurt, badly" I say walking up to him, but he steps back. "Logan?" I ask reaching out to grab his arm. He looks at me with a stern look. "Fine, I got home from David's house and Brendan was here. He is on serious drugs, when I realised he was I called David to come and intervene. But before David could get here things escalated quickly. He tried to force himself on me but David got here just in time. Then I knocked him out with a frying pan and we locked ourselves in the bathroom. I called the police and then Brendan knocked the door down punched David across the face and the I kicked him in the nuts, hit him in a nerve and let the police in. So now, it is past midnight and I have had enough of all the shit that has happened today. So if you don't mind I would like to grab my stuff and go have a nice long sleep in the safe, non-shattered apartment next door" I snapped, walking past him into my room. 

Logan just stood there in shock. "What happened at the police station? Did you press charges?" he asks, still standing there, not moving. 

"No, I didn't but I told them that he has to go to rehab for at least six months. He is not a bad person he has just had a rough time" I yell out from my room.

"YOU DIDN'T PRESS CHARGES" Logan thunders throughout the apartment. "HE TRIED TO FORCE HIMSELF ON YOU AND YOU DIDN'T PRESS CHARGES?!" he screams walking into my room. 

"Logan, I swear to God. He is a good person, he just doesn't have a job and he ran out of money. I have seen people like this before, he felt like he had no other option" I say calmly, packing my overnight bag again, with one arm. I start to pack all the clothes I laid out on the bed into my bag. 

"HE'S OBVIOUSLY NOT A GOOD PERSON IF HE TRIED TO FORCE HIMSELF ON YOU" he screams. 

"Logan calm down. I really don't feel like doing this right now, I just want to go to bed" I say gently.

"ANNA ARE YOU SERIOUS?!? YOU EXPECT ME TO JUST DROP THIS?! MY OLD CAMERAMAN TRIED FORCE HIMSELF ON MY GIRLFRIEND AND YOU JUST EXPECT ME TO CALM DOWN?!?" he shrieks. I hear the front door open.

"Anna? Is everything okay? I heard yelling" I hear a worried David sing out. I walk out and hand him my bag. 

"Everything is fine, Logan and I were just disagreeing on something" I said grabbing his arm, going to leave. 

"ANNA YOU CAN'T JUST WALK AWAY" he yells coming out into the living room. 

"Logan please I really tired and I just want to go" I said turning back around.

"NO! HE HAS ALREADY DONE SOMETHING LIKE THIS BEFORE. HE NEEDS TO PAY" he says going red in the face. 

"Hey Logan how about you and Anna talk about this tomorrow, we have all had a really big day" says David.

"THIS ISN'T ANY OF YOUR BUSY YOU COCKHEAD" he spits at David.

"Logan stop, all he has done is help" I finally snap at him. David and I start to turn around. 

"ANNA!" Logan yells. "DO NOT WALK OUT THAT DOOR WITH HIM"he thunders. I turn around and keep walking Logan storms up to me but David steps in front of him. "GET OUT OF MY WAY."

"Look Logan the reason why Anna didn't call you today if because she was afraid of this reaction. If you really want her to stay then you need to prove to her that you won't react like this" says David staring him down even though Logan towers over David. 

Logans backs away, he looks at me and I wipe my tears away before he could see. "I'm sorry" he says and walks past me, hot tears rolling down his face. 

David and I walk to his apartment in silence and I didn't say anything to him besides mumbling goodnight before I went to bed. I laid down in Alex's bed because he went back to his hometown to visit his family. I laid back and looked at the stars. How did this all just happen? How could Logan not care about how I felt, I was the one that Brendan tried to force himself on! All he cared about is revenge. 

HEYO EVERYONE, SORRY THIS CHAPTER IS REALLY SHORT AND REALLY MESSY. I DON'T REALLY KNOW WHERE TO GO FROM HERE. I'M A BIT STUCK BUT AS YOU CAN MAYBE TELL I'M LEANING TOWARDS DAVID AND ANNA. BUT TRUST ME I AM NOT GIVING UP ON DAVID. ANYWAYS THANK YOU FOR COMING BACK AND I HOPE YOU ENJOYED THIS CHAPTER. I MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE A CHAPTER UP TOMORROW BUT WE WILL JUST SEE HOW IT GOES.
