Chapter 29 - The Party

Logan, Jake and I walked over to the Team 10 people that were sitting in a circle together. I sat on the couch next to Erika. 

"So you're the Anna we've been hearing so much about?" says Jake from across the otherside of the circle. 

"Uh, yeah I guess so" I nervously laugh. "Does he really talk about me?" I ask sheepishly.

"The better question is, does he ever stop talking about you?" laughs Chance, who is sitting next to Jake. 

"Bro, she's so beautiful you don't understand" says Jake trying to mock Logan. 

"She lights up the room" joins Anthony.

"Okay she gets it you guys" says Loganly, a light pink shade of blush covering his cheeks. 

"Fine, fine. But just prepare yourself Anna, us Paul brothers know how to party" laughs Jake taking a sip of his beer. We laugh from his comment and everyone goes into their own little conversations. 

"Would you like something to drink?" ask Logan into my ear so I could hear him over the music. The warm breath filling my ears. 

"Just a lemonade and vodka please babe" I reply, lightly pecking his cheek. 

"Sure thing princess" he says walking into the kitchen, where the bar was. His nickname makes my heart flutter. I turn my head back around into Erika's direction. 

"Hi nice to meet you, I'm Erika, Jake's girlfriend" she says shaking my hand. 

"Anna, as you have heard, I'm Logan's girlfriend" I love being able to call myself that. 

"I'm so glad someone decided to date a Paul brother with me. I thought I was going to be the only one" she laughs, taking a sip of her cocktail. 

"He's pretty amazing, I would be lost without him" I explain to her. "I don't know what it is, maybe seeing him act differently towards me than he does on the vlog, I don't know, it makes me feel special" I continue. i could go on forever. 

"Awww that's so sweet, he really needs someone like you after what happened with Chloe" she says, with a look of anger in her eyes. 

I feel someone's arms wrap around my waist and a drink put down in front of me. I hugged his arms back and nestled into his grasp. I can feel him resting his head against my back, talking to the boys in another direction. We joined into smaller conversations and we even made some new friends in the circle.

I felt Logan's hands move from my waist and he stood in front of me with his hands out towards me. 

"Come on, we have been sitting here for an hour. I want to dance with you" he says with a large toothy grin. 

"No way. I cannot dance" I laugh at him. 

"Yes you can, and you are" he says grabbing my hands and pulling me off the couch. He leads me towards a group of around forty people jumping around, dancing. He pulls me right into the middle of the group and starts to jump up and down, joining the people around us. I slowly start to move my feet, my hips soon join their pace. A big grin crosses Logan's face as he grabs my hands and starts to twirl me around. My head and shoulders soon start to move to the rhythm of the music and soon we are dancing together. The music fills my body and soon enough I let go and body is controlled by the music. Then I feel two big hands latch onto my waist, I kept moving thinking it was just Logan. I grab onto his hands and spin myself around so I'm facing him. But I soon realise it's not Logan. I come face to face with Anthony. I immediately stop dancing and drop my hands. 

"What the fuck Anthony?" I yell over the music, furrowing my eyebrows. 

"What? We were just having a little fun, don't stress it" he says as he walks away. What a dickhead. 

I looked around for Logan and saw him dancing with Jake on the other side of the group. I walked over to him and got his attention. He stops dancing and held his hand up to Jake to show him that he'd be back in five minutes. He turned to me with a big boyish grin across his face. I pulled him out of dance group and into the kitchen. 

"What's up babe?" he says pulling my waist into his. 

"Didn't worry me at all and I don't think it's anything but Anthony made a move on me" I slightly giggled, staying calm trying not to make him concerned. 

"Okay, I'll have a chat with him, but as long as it doesn't worry you that's the main thing" he says calmly, but I can see a dark look of anger grow across his eyes. 

"Come on" I said grabbing his hand, he looks at me, the darkness slowly going out of his eyes. I pull him back into the group and go back to Jake, who is now joined by Erika, Sunny and Chance. I started to dance again, still holding onto Logan's hand. I feel him let go and I turn to see where he went but I soon get pulled the other way by Erika and Sunny, wanting me to dance with them. We were dancing for about 10 minutes when we saw a crowd forming in the kitchen. 

"FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT" we heard chanting. I looked around for Logan but couldn't see him anywhere. We all rushed into the kitchen and pushed past the crowd which was becoming bigger and bigger. Jake pushed a few more people out of the way until he finally reached the inner circle, me following behind him. 

"HEY GUYS, GET OFF EACH OTHER" said Jake leaping forward. I step out from behind him and see Anthony trying to launch himself at Logan. Jake quickly got in the middle and tried to hold Anthony back. Logan stood still, with a small grin across his face. Chance came out from behind me and went up to Jake and Anthony, helping hold him off. I walked up to Logan and cupped his face in my hands. 

"What happened? You said you were just going to have a few words?" I said, confusion all over my face. 

"I did, he just didn't like my words" he said with a massive sly grin across his face. 

"Hey, hey, hey. Do not swoop to his level. You are so much better than him, in every way" I say with a wink, trailing my hand down to his abs and back up into his hair. He laughs at me and lightly squeezes my hips. 

"I think all this alcohol is making us a little touchy" Logan laughs. He leans down kisses me lightly. I pull away and smile. Anthony has gone out of sight and Jake, Erika and Chance are back into the dance group. I pull Logan back into the group and he starts to dance with Jake. Erika, Sunny and I start to dance together. Suddenly the vodka set in and I let loose.
