Hoseok currently sat on the curb of the sidewalk, panting softly from having walked so far with the box - only to realize that the door was locked. Shutting his eyes, he rests his head on his knees with an inaudible groan. The black hoodie he wore absorbed the sun's ruthless waves of heat, immediately warming his back to the point where it felt like the fabric itself was on fire.

Why he chose to wear the darkest color on the hottest day of the summer was ridiculous even to him. Having left his apartment in such a hurry, he didn't stop to think about the temperature outside. Even then, he certainly didn't expect to be stuck waiting for the cafe to open.

Wiping the sparse sweat off the top of his forehead, Hoseok bites the inside of his cheek, contemplating on whether he should leave the supplies by the door or actually wait half an hour for the cafe to open once again.

Whatever. Hoseok decides after another bead of sweat slides down his face. I'll just leave these here.

Stretching out his limbs once he stands, Hoseok yawns and realizes just how exhausted his body really was. The past week had been hectic with him making so many preparations that sleep was the last thing on his mind as of right now.

He winces a bit when he rolls his shoulders back and pushes the box close to the door so that no one else would steal it. In all honesty, he didn't mind the soreness of his legs and arms from a couple days ago but now it was pretty bothersome. He shuts his eyes and yawns once again, bending over somewhat. As he straightens, he is startled to find Jin staring right back at him.

"Shit." Hoseok gasps, grasping his chest with one hand. "I didn't see you there."

Jin chuckles, offering an apologetic smile instead. "Sorry, but what are you doing standing by the door?"

Hoseok gestures generally toward the box and shrugs. "I came here to give these to Jungkook but looks like you're on a break?"

He cocks his head to the side in confusion and glances past him to the door. "Huh? What break?" When Jin reads the sign he clicks his tongue in disapproval while reaching for a key in his pocket. "Why don't you come inside with me?"

Hoseok opens his mouth to protest, but Jin had already scooped his box up and entered the cafe, leaving him to follow with a resigned sigh.
