**Triggering**

Faye could hear the evil things going through her mind as she grabbed the razor. You're worthless. What kind of person would want you? There's nothing that you can do. You're going to be alone for forever. She shook her head as she tore the bathroom apart, looking for her silver friend. She eventually found one and lifted up her pant leg. She drug the blade across the back of her calf, keeping the marks hidden and discreet. She heard the unlocking of the front door, and threw the blade in the cabinet. She quickly cleaned up the blood that got on the linoleum floor and pulled down her pant leg. She somewhat wrapped a bandage around the mark to make sure blood wouldn't drop on the carpet. Two years of being strong, wasted on my stupid anxiety. You're such a failure. You should be disappointed in yourself. Faye thought to herself as she headed to the kitchen to start dinner. Her dad eventually unlocks the door and walks in, revealing a black eye and a few bruises on places of his body.

"What happened?!" Faye screamed as she ran to make sure her father had no other serious injuries.

"It seems like we have a new gang that likes to hang out in the alley. I don't want you to take that route anymore, Faye. It's not safe and I don't want you getting hurt." Her dad said with a deep concern look in his eyes. Faye nodded her head, she had other routes, they were just longer and she had to go around and miss all the shops.

"Well, I'm cooking dinner right now, and you'll never believe what happened today." Faye said as she walked back into the kitchen and fixed her father a bag of ice to put on his eye. Her father raised an eyebrow at her as if to ask what.

"Emily got V.I.P tickets for Black Veil Brides' concert that is going to be hear on Thursday!" Faye shouted as she put the uncooked spaghetti noodles into a pot.

"So you need an excuse for Friday?" Her dad asked as his way of saying that Faye could go. Faye lit up with excitement. She immediately ran to hug her father.

"Thank you so much!" She screamed. He let out a laugh as he saw his daughter's happiness in her eyes.

"Don't forget, we still have to eat." He said as he saw the pot of noodles boiling. Faye quickly ran to the kitchen to fix the rest of the spaghetti.

---

As they finished eating, Faye went straight to her room to get packed for the concert. She packed her concert clothes, and an extra days worth of clothes, since she would stay down at Emily's house. After Faye finished packing she went straight to sleep.

People surrounded Faye. All of her friends, her family, anyone she knew and loved gathered in a circle around her. Emily was the first one Faye spotted. She saw her dark brown hair and her mud brown eyes.

"You're such a freaking mistake. I think the only reason I'm your friend is because I feel sorry for you, but now, I don't have to deal with you." Emily said as she disappeared into the circle. The rest of the people continued just hitting Faye with their cruel words, calling her worthless, a mistake, fat, and replaceable. The last person Faye saw before dirt was thrown on her face was her mother's. She looked ashamed. Faye started crying as people kept throwing dirt on top of her as they buried her life. She felt the last breath of life before a loud bang.

Faye woke in a jerk. The bang wasn't in her nightmare. She quickly rolled out of bed and checked the apartment. First she went to her dad's room to see him fast asleep on his bed. She checked the rest of the apartment and noticed a broken window. Carefully, avoiding the glass, Faye stepped over towards the window to see a rock with a note wrapped around it. The note was written in scratchy handwriting and was smudged.

Next time you forget to pay us back, it will be your pretty little girl that pays the debt. Not you. -C.

Faye dropped the note in disbelief. The fact that her father lied to her, the fact that he gambled, the fact that she could be seriously harmed if this continued on. She walked back towards her dad's room and silently walked in. She laid the rock next to his head and went back to her room. So much for always being there for me. "Perfect" father figure. Faye thought to herself as she tried to go back to sleep.
