Chapter 3: Flights and Confession Fails

Jade's POV

So, my flight is this afternoon so called my mom who's currently still in London.  I'll be staying with her there.

Jade: Hey, mom. I'm ready for my flight later. I can't wait to see you. I miss you.

Mom: me too, honey. It's been so long. *cough* I'm so proud of you, darling. You're doing great things in your life. *cough

Jade: are you ok, mom?

Mom: I'm just having a little cough and colds. I went to the doctor a while ago. I should be better tomorrow since they gave me a shot and a few meds.

Jade: Is your boyfriend taking care of you?

Mom: yes, he is. *cough* he's cooking me food right now.

Jade: oh my gosh, mom. You need to rest and don't talk to much so your throat won't be itchy.

Mom: yes, darling.

Jade: I gotta go, ok? I need to get ny things ready for later. Get well soon, mom. I love you.

Mom: i love you too, darling. Be safe.

Jade: I will.

I said as I hung up. I'm so worried about my mom. I went to get my towel and hung it over mu shoulder as I went to the bathroom to bathe. I used my usual products and did my skincarw routine nd brushed my teeth and gargled mouthwash. I soon slipped into my outfit. I wore a black turtle neck long sleeved shirt which was fitted and paired it with a black skinny jeans. I wore my socks and slipped into my light brown timberland boots. I wore my greyish emerald green jacket with no hoodie but a lot of pockets and has a collar almost like a blazer. I folded the sleeves of both my shirt and jacket together so my accesories would show up. I wore a silver necklace and the other usual accesories.

I sprayed perfume all over me. I didn't bother to style my hair. I just left it the way it is. I didn't even bother to dry them. I just combed them. I applied my usual make up. Small amount of foundation, brows and lips. After preparing myself up, I pulled 2 of mu luggages out my room all the way downstairs to be greeted by my dad. "You should eat before leaving. Come and sit. I made you your favourite." Dad says and I did what he says.

Dad's fried chicken is always been the best as well is his gravy. He puts a soda beside me as I pouted. I usually have this with beer. "No beers for you. You might puke on the plane." Dad says. "Ok fine." I said as I thought that he was right. "Good.... Be careful there, ok? And make sure to take care of your mom. I know it has been hard for you when you and Calum broke up but darling I want you live to the fullest. While your still young, you can make any difference." He says to ne which made me smile. "I will, dad. Thanks." I said as I hugged him tightly. "I'm gonna miss you. I'll be back, ok?" I said as I felt myself tearing up.

Suddenly someone rang our door bell ruining the moment so we just laughed it off and wiped our tears away. I opened the door to see Julian. "Hey, you ready to go?" He asks as I looked over to my dad who nodded. I ran back to my dad to say my final goodbye. "Don't get a girlfriend, dad. I'll be the one to take care of you, ok?" I said as he laughed it off. I waved him goodbye before leaving the house. Julian was helping me with my luggages.

When we finally reached the airport, we were waiting for my plane. We played games on our phone while we wait. When I was about to enter the plane, we said our goodbyes. We hugged each other and said that we'll miss each other. I'm glad he didn't act strange today like last time.

When I was about to walk inside the plane, I felt someone grabbed my wrist and I turned to look at Julian. "Jade, I just wanted to say that I like you... I mean more than just a friend... I'm just telling you this since I want to get it out of my chest... I'm not seeking for any answer... If you're still single by the time I visit you in London, I'll make sure to make a move." He said to me leaving me shocked. He kissed my forehead and I just looked at him unable to talk. "Goodbye." He says before leaving me totally stunned. He just kissed my forehead. I hurriedly entered the plane and find my seat. "Geez, I'm burning hot. I can't like him. He seems cute and nice but I just can't like him.. I don't know why...." I said to myself looking like crazy on the plane making the flight Attendant look at me curiously.

"Hi. I'm just practicing my lines. I'm Jade." I said making friends with the flight attendant who was wearing quite a high heels. "I'm Jen. Nice to meet you, ma'am. Would you like some wine?" She asks. "No, thanks. I'm totally good." I said smiling before leaning my head back trying to remove the scene a while ago from my head.

Nicole's POV

Jade must be flying by now.

Calum's POV

So, Nia and I went to Wendy's and grabbed some lunch. Of course, Max wouldn't miss a chance to ruin my awesome time with Nia so I took him with us.

After we ate lunch, I took Nia back to their hotel in London. "We're here." I said pulling up. I looked to side and I saw Nia peacefully sleeping. I stared at her for a while before shaking her a little. "You're here." I said to her as she woke up. "Oh, sorry..." she says as I took her seatbelt off. I turned to look to my side and my face were just centimeters away from her.... we got lost in each other's eyes.

I started leaning in but she inched her face away from mine. "What're you doing?" She asks me. "Look, Nia... I know it's been a wild-" I was cut off by Max licking my face. I thought he was asleep in the back seat. He started barking again. Ugh! Man! I don't know how long I can deal with this dog.

"Nia! Cal!" Casey called out to us. He was in a bicycle. "Hey!" I said to him. "I guess I'll see you around. Bye. Take care." Nia says kissing my cheek which left me speechless. *Max barking loudly* Nia went out of my car and went inside the hotel with Casey. *Max still barking*

"Oh shut up!" I said to the golden retriever as I started the engine and went to our hotel as well. You might be wondering what we're doing here. We're going to be having our photoshoot and a lot of interviewers would want to talk to us here in London. And we also have a few shows to do here.
