Virgil walked around to the other side of his bed without a word. Reaching his arm underneath the mattress he pulled out a large text book and whiteboard with a marker attached. He handed Logan the text book and sat back down balancing the board against his chest.

"What's this for?" Logan asked flicking through the pages of the book.

"Maybe if you're exposed to enough smart things then it might get you back on track," Virgil explained scribbling random nonsense onto the white board, the kind you would see on television with the formula to E = Mc2.

"Virgil, I appreciate your help but this is maths not logic," Logan sighed.

"Same thing, no? It's worth a shot," Virgil said raising a brow.

Logic nodded and flipped to the first page and began to read through properly. As he did this, Virgil hung up multiple papers all with mathematic equations and essays. Logan held the book closer to his face as he dove deeper into the chapters. Nothing made sense to him, what would usually seem like everyday words for him became jibberish. He threw the book to the ground with rage.

"It's not working! Shouldn't we be doing this in my room?" Logan asked bitterly.

"By now your room is already corrupted, no use," Virgil answered blandly shooting Logan a glare.

Reluctantly, Logan picked the book up once again and started again. He reread it over and over until it clicked. Words began to make sense to him, just barely but it was enough to give Logan hope. Virgil noticed Logan perk up and sit straighter in his seat.

"What is it?" Virgil asked turning to face Logan.

"It's all making sense, barely, but making sense!" he smiled slightly, excitement overtaking his body. At that moment the two felt a change in Thomas, he seemed more organised. Patton and Roman appeared behind Logan.

"Logan, you look... logical again!" Patton cheered grabbing Logan's shoulders as he shook them. Roman walked around to Virgil and sat on the end of his bed.

"You did it... good job," Roman said, through clenched teeth. Virgil only responded with a grunt.

"Whatever."
