Since Sonic has difficulty at night with sleeping; he usually takes a lot of naps throughout the evening. The longest being twenty minutes and shortest being five, but when the sun just reaches his bedroom in the right angle he'll just fall asleep instantly.
The next morning when you woke up; Sonic was walking back into the bedroom with a two cups of water. The most sincere smile could be spotted on his face as he handed one of the cups to you. You drank some of the water before placing it into the nightstand for later. It was a nice morning, not hot enough to just stay indoors and not cold enough to stay in doors. Basically it was the perfect temperature to just sit outside. "Whatcha thinking (Y/n)?" You turned your head to see Sonic laying back down staring at you. His eyes held hope, something that always seemed to linger no matter where he was, or whom he was with. One of the many things that made you love him. "I'm just thinking about the day, really. We should go out, maybe for a walk, swimming-" His eyes widened as he shook his head, it's kind of funny to see him scared of something so many people have a fear of, but it also is difficult whenever you go to the beach. He'd have the blankets at least fifteen feet from where a water droplet would touch, but sometimes he'd sit down two to three feet away so you could sit in the water and still enjoy each other's company. "-okay erase that last one, we can just walk around the park and explore the forest." You stood up and collected some clean clothes, or at least clothes that smelled and resembled those of clean ones whilst awaiting his answer. Sonic however just stared off into the window before giving a small laugh and nodding. He seemed to be awake enough to enjoy a walk, but you assumed by the time you had made a small breakfast he'd be back asleep. And that's exactly what happened. After heading to the kitchen and making a small breakfast for you two, you walked back into the bedroom just to see a sight you always loved

Instead of waking him up, you just went back into the kitchen, ate your breakfast and placed his into the fridge. He'll wake up eventually, but in the mean time; you can relax, and he can catch up on sleep.

You and Sonic decided to play a game of hide n seek, childish, but who cares? It was your turn to seek and count to 10, short number, but Sonic insisted so it'd be fair. You took it, because winner of the 3 rounds got to pick what to do next.
